DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
Poor 1 page instructions. Customer service doesn’t call back. EVEN THEIR WEBSITE FACEBOOK VIDEO IS FULL OF INSTALLATION DISCREPANCIES. Luckily I’m very handy and have the necessary tools and experience to have made it work.

While this product looks amazing, there are some serious design flaws and problematic support. The company only sells the product (middleman). They were not very helpful with technical support. If you use the lattice design top, you may need to screw in the brackets as they have a tendency to fall out. The gates need better anti-sag mechanism, especially any double gates. We have a 10 ft wide gate (double gate 5' each) and the wheel provided collapsed after 1st use. There was a gap between the gate and the post, which we had to buy filler pieces (the dimensions they provided online were not correct to fit the opening). We went to Home Depot and bought a better one. The mechanical lock does not work at all. Difficult to setup and worked for 1 week. Installation of the gates took my contractor 2 full weekends to complete in order to fix their issues. I recommend to avoid this company and contact a local Trex or composite fence expert in your area.

I was trying to decide how to order my fencing. Wife and I ordered before we talked to an agent and found out that they had a better way to order and save me some money. They canceled my first order and I was able to place a new order.

Excellent product that did exactly the job I needed. Mounting the posts was easy and inserting the planks into the posts went very smoothly.

Had a small problem with a corner of one of the planks, which splintered when inserted, possibly due to damage in transit.

I requested a replacement under warranty and received almost instant response from Soret, who sent me a new package of three planks the very next business day, so the problem was resolved almost immediately! Couldn't ask for more than that.

Worst customer service. Broken and missing parts... They usually don't respond to emails or phone calls. Finally called credit card company to try and recover my losses.
Slats didn't reach top of gate. Wrong post. Not able to install locking system in gate. They expect you to modify their mistakes.

We are so glad we chose the WPC fence from Mondaria.
They looks beautiful and we have been getting alot of compliments from friends and neighbors. They are more affordable from other companies. We worked with Jane and she is very helpful throughout the process.

Wonderful privacy fence for our backyard. Easy installation with 1 helper. Provided privacy from road noise and looks fantastic. It survived the 65 mph winds we received from hurricane Helene. A five star ⭐️ review for certain. Wonderful customer service service and prompt delivery. Thank you !

Nice, sturdy modern fence. After opening undamaged box, The first panel I pulled out was damaged along the side. The panel was boxed from the manufacturer in this condition since there was no damage on the box. Luckily I was able to hide the damage as it slid under the top bar

We are happy with your product. What a beautiful fence.

The logistics speed is fast and the packaging is tight. After the fence is installed, it not only increases safety, but also improves the beauty of the entire courtyard.

The customer service provided professional advice during my purchase process, and the service was thoughtful and enthusiastic. Highly recommended to friends who need fences!

It's great! Not only does it look beautiful and add a lot of charm to my yard, but it also has excellent protection performance. Whether it is windy and rainy or daily use, it performs well. Highly recommended!

The product introduction on the website is detailed, so I can clearly understand the characteristics of each fence, and it is easy to choose the style I like. Very satisfied!

The material is durable, the workmanship is fine, and the installation is very simple. You can easily do it yourself.

I ordered my product a week ago and have not received any information on the delivery date. This is poor communication.

Beautiful fencing and even better customer service. I could not be happier with my new fence. And the service I received from the company was magnificent, timely, and professional.
