Never received my large order of almost €1000. I tried to contact “mondomago.it” several times, they only responded once saying that I had to be patient a little longer because all the products are handmade and they would get back to me. They didn't contact me and only after reporting to PayPal was there a response that the order would be shipped in a month. The order was never shipped and then after six months I had to contact PayPal again to get my money back.

At the bottom of the website it is shown that PayPal can be used, but this is currently not the case. As long as it is not possible to pay with PayPal's buyer protection, I strongly advise against purchasing, even if the products look very nice. The risk of losing your money is simply too great!

Everything is completely documented and can be proven if necessary.

I waited a month and a half until I first sent an email asking about my order, in the same time since my order was placed at least twice in the Instagram story was claimed that all current orders were completed and would be shipped today...

After they said they would contact me the next day about what didn't happen, I waited another week until the next email, which was not responded to, then asked again by email a week later, no response...

The first message to PayPal came two months after the purchase, and they then replied, that the order would be shipped at the end of the month, which was about a month away. During this time there were further stories on Instagram that all orders and also that all those with a delay were now out. Order wasn't sent, waited another month, another email, no response, a month later another email, no response. Then two weeks until PayPal buyer protection ends, tried to contact twice more, no response.

New message to PayPal no response from “mondomago.it” the refund was made by PayPal not the seller!

Scamming is all they do. There are several people they have scammed and betrayed over the years. They use different names, and different sites. (Etsy, their profiles got deleted, they made new ones) Do not trust them.

They'll most likely be reported to WB soon enough.

Editing this after your message. I've waited half a year, reported you to Paypal and the police just to get ONE PART of my order. Then nothing. I've contacted you every few days to get my order, but you keep acting like nothing's up. One year and still an item is missing that you claim you sent but never actually did, then you say you'll send it and suddenly it's already been refunded.

If Trustpilot needs proof, I have several screenshots I can provide, I had to screenshot everything you sent me because you guys are the least trustworthy people I've ever bought from.

Editing to add that they will steal your money, then lie about refunding the item to keep you waiting. Again, don't tell me I'm lying when I have a folder of proof of you scamming people. It is quite disappointing really.

No envian nada, contestan dando largas y haciendo que pierdas el tiempo y luego dejan de contestar.

NO COMPRAR NADA DE NADA. Son estafadores !!!!

Me han contestado hoy que mi pedido está en “preparación”. Qué casualidad… y si es verdad, no podrían informarme antes?

Es una ESTAFA, no han enviado nada y no contestan son unos estafadores. NO COMPRAR NADA!!!!!

Que verguenza. Mw dijeron que tenían mas de 30.000 pedidos osea que deben haber 30.000 clientes que perderan todo su dinero. Les he pedido que me devuelvan lo que pagué.

Mondomago indica que no recibió mis correos y resulta que en el correo que recibí confirmando mi pedido estaba la siguiente informacion:

"This email was sent by Mondomago.
For any questions please send an email info#mondomago.it."
(he cambiado la @ porque daba error en la opinión)

Así que lamento que no llegaran mis correos a esa dirección de correo pero quizás la empresa debería modificar la información que pone en sus correos.

Bueno, de moemnto seguimos adelante y la empresa responde, que es lo importante.

Parece ser que al poner esta reseña y después de mucho insistir, ha surtido efecto. Me han contestado diciendo que están preparando el pedido que tenga paciencia. A ver como acaba todo esto, espero que bien.

Hice una compra en Enero y no han enviado nada, ni siquiera contestan a mis mensajes. Me parece que esta web es una estafa porque si no contestarían a sus clientes, no? Espero que me den una respuesta a mis consultas o que me envíen los artículos. De momento TODO MAL !
