I have been a customer for approximately 9 months. I deposited silver into an account with them and it was invested into a Bond to finance a silver mine. I have received the interest rate that I was promised on schedule. I have access to monthly statements, and can call an account manager if I have questions. It seems to me exactly like a bank savings account except that accounts and interest are financed and paid with gold and silver.
