Money 4 My Tech Opiniões 

I chose to have something collected by a courier chosen by Money 4 My Tech as I don't have anything suitable to safely post my item in. I selected Monday 29th November for collection and despite this there has been two failed attempts of delivery by DPD.

The first day I wasn't home because I wasn't expecting anything. The second day (today) after being notified by email of my 1 hour time slot, I sat by the door waiting. Only to receive a text with a photo of my front door saying SORRY WE MISSED YOU. Nobody knocked, nobody even approached my front door I would have seen through the glass. I'm doubtful he actually bothered to get out of his vehicle.

I have rearranged the collection for Wednesday but won't be surprised if there's a few more failed deliveries in the meantime.

Unfortunately this has completely dragged down my experience with Money 4 My Tech and I'd be hesitant to use this service again in future. Solely because of the courier

EDIT: My order was finally successfully collected by DPD on my chosen day. I got an email from M4MT when they received it two days later because this was a Friday my order and payment wasn't processed until Monday which I was fine with. I'd consider using M4MT in future but would not be opting for the free collection service as their chosen courier gave a bad experience

I used this service to recycle my old Lenovo laptop, and after trying with a couple of other companies, overall I got a pretty good service from Money4MyTech in terms of being proposed a fee and that fee being met, plus easy delivery through the Post Office.

I did have some issues with the basket on my Chrome browser though and that took me very close to going with another company, but after emailing customer service, I was advised to use Safari and it worked quite well.

Overall a decent experience!

The explanation of the trading-in process on the website could be a little better, but the actual experience was perfect, especially compared to some of the other companies in the market.

An unbelievably easy way to dispose of two old laptops. I even made a few pennies but mostly I was pleased to be able to pass them on for further use or recycling. Next up, the collection of old phones.
