Great experience!i have never shared my financial struggles with anyone before because i believed it is embarrassing the amount of debt i got myself into over the years..it slowly started worrying me more and more because on pay day after all my direct debits would come out i'd be left with hardly anything to survive the month and i thought no matter how hard i try and do everything right i will never be able to see the money i work so hard for and do a simple thing like go out for dinner with my daughter or my partner,i just couldn't afford it.i have spoken to very competent and professional people who completely understood my situation without judging me for a second but trying to help me and give me different options how to get out of the mess i have put myself into.they patiently asked me normal questions about everything and made me feel comfortable to talk about it.i know it is a delicate thing to be open about but i felt like the more i explain the more they were pointing me in the right direction to find a solution and right now i am very happy with where we got and i feel very optimistic about the near future because the advice i got is absolutely brilliant and the way i am treated is fantastic.it is an ongoing process but the service is unbelievable and i am getting my confidence back.i can't say enough how much i appreciate all the help and i want to say big THANK YOU to Allan who is working on my case and is doing a fantastic job making me feel comfortable and confident.I also spoke to Hannah and she took the time(nearly an hour) to go through everything again with me to make sure i'm getting the best advice and making the right decision..this is incredibly nice and human.it must feel great to help people and give them hope.Hannah was really nice to me and carefully asked me questions and explained things to me.she answered all the questions i had with such calm and patience and professionalism.absolute pleasure to deal with such amazing human beings like Allan and Hannah.Thank you guys for everything!
