Richard Summers has been extremely helpful & kind. He has made sure that I fully understand everything & all of the options available. He has also made sure that I was ok to go through the process (relating to my anxiety).
With being self-employed & not having a guaranteed income each month, he was very understanding when it came to budgeting & made everything clear & manageable.
I’d definitely recommend to anyone who is struggling with debts to get in touch with money advice, especially if (like me) you’ve put your head in the sand for so long.

Very helpful with my situation. Listened to my concerns and was able to assist in helping me get out of debt. Everything was covered in constant conversations between the team and me and my partner, I have never liked asking for help or thought I needed it but I am struggling and I am glad I have taken the time and effort to get this far.
