Customer success is the aim of the game, we strive to be readily available for all users!
Unreliable and clunky
So, when the representative came to my team to tell us about the app, he said that we could add in contacts who would maybe support. Yet, the website sent texts to all of those contacts without my knowing, from a separate phone number. My friends contacted me to verify it wasn't a spam. Plus, the website in general is very clunky.

MoneyDolly is the technology partner used by our in person local representatives. We apologize if they did not properly inform your team of the automated sharing feature, which helps elevate the minimum groups might raise, through the use of the My Circle feature. Some participants choose to only add contacts, and not put in any manual effort of their own. My Circle and automated sharing helps those participants to raise more for the team! There was a notification in the app when you saved contacts, stating they'd be contacted.
We are constantly making improvements to the app as well as our website. We appreciate all feedback, and would be grateful if this response helped clear things up, any increase in your review even to 3 stars. Thank you! :D

Hey there! You are correct, as all fundraising platforms in the industry do, we do have to charge a service fee to cover technology and finance processing costs. This is to not pass on the fees to the group themself - so they can receive funds earned!

I used my card for the first time today…
I used my card for the first time today at Jack in the Box. They let me use it but said it’s supposed to be “online only.”
If I knew that I would not have bought it. Hopefully the other discounts don’t require “online only.”

We are the app and website side of things, helping to facilitate easier fundraising for groups! We aren't directly in control of the digital discount cards as product offerings, or how vendors allow redemption. We appreciate your feedback all the same, and that you love the discounts and would buy again from a MoneyDolly fundraiser!

MollyDolly made it easy to get a "card" on my phone and help my great granddaughter's school. I'm not going to misplace it, or forget to use it. The personal message I was able to send was an outstanding idea!

Very Easy to Navigate
Signing up for the card I wanted was extremely easy…and that’s coming from someone who is a bit “tech-threatened”!
I haven’t used the app to purchase anything at a discount as of yet, but I appreciate having it on my phone instead of having to remember to bring coupons with me.

FRIENDLY ENCOUNTER
When I had a small niche with the system cutting me off before I could add my message to the Student, I asked for help on the Customer Service number that was provided to me on my receipt.
Immediately, someone responded to me & was so courteous & knowledgeable & helped me correct my problem! She kept in contact with me throughout the whole time until the problem was totally corrected. I absolutely hate talking to techs on the phone but I wish I could carry this person around with me 24/7.
She was an absolute lifesaver!
GREAT JOB DONE…………
Help like this is very rare in today’s world.
