Very disappointing .....went to Monica Tolan's as a birthday treat to myself for a facial. I was not fully satisfied with my experience and did email them, they came back but did not address any of my concerns and when I reached out to them again I was not even acknowledged. I went to them in the first instance because they came highly recommended for facials.....

I’ve been a customer for years, rating my recent purchase. I had to phone up as had credit on my account, the staff could not have been more helpful. When the package arrived it came with chocolates and some relevant samples inside-based on what I use, such a lovely touch instead of throwing in whatever they have!

First time in this place, arrived on time and had to wait 15-20mins because she had someone or was running late. Veronica apologised for being late and I said it's fine, start of the session was really good but at the end it wasn't that good. Very disappointed at the end because Veronica said to me please get ready quickly because I have someone else waiting. Veronica didn't think about me when I had to wait.
One more thing I think professional like Veronica should think before they say anything.
I'm planning a second time with another beautician and I will decide if I'm back again to Monica Tolan.

I bought some amazing products that I use, as a gift for a new mammy. The presentation in itself was a gorgeous gift!! So beautifully wrapped and a pleasure to give to my delighted sister.

Had a full body massage with Erin L today! It was unreal!! I have been to very elite spa's and never got anything like it. It was absolutely outstanding!!!! It was so relaxing I went into a trance! Please please do yourself a favour and book with this lady! She is absolutely fantastic!

I received a beauty delivery of Modern Botany products ( recovery cream & the multi tasking oil ) to say I was impressed is an understatement, I am currently going through chemotherapy & these products are a life saver as you are compromised with what you can use. I have had to park my Environ until I finish treatment but I look forward to returning to Environ very soon. It’s wonderful that the salon has another option available to customers who are going through treatment & menopause & surgery so this range is superb, it’s gentle on the skin & has all the nourishing & hydrating ingredients you would expect . Monica Tolans only provide the best of products & it’s wonderful that they cater for ladies like myself & you can trust that you are using safe effective & high quality products. My skin is hydrated & plump & firm & to be honest it’s in the best condition because of these products. I cannot recommend them enough . Chemotherapy has put me into a medically induced menopause & the recovery cream has dealt with this issue , I apply it morning & evening & my skin is amazing. The nurses in hospital cannot get over my skin & it’s down to these products. I also use the Caudalie range & find it amazing. It’s quiet difficult to navigate your way through finding a supplier who deals with ladies experiencing menopause & any sort of trauma to their skin but Monica Tolans have you covered. So if you are going through treatment or surgery or menopause please try out these products as they work so well & your skin will thank you for it . I’m very grateful Corinna has added this brand to the salon & is catering for ladies like myself . I would also advise a Caudalie Facial while going through treatment as it provides great relaxation & a sense of calm & you know you are nourishing your skin & looking after your stress levels . It’s a time to be kind to yourself & to go somewhere like Monica Tolans who look after you holistically as well as skin needs & they take everything into account to achieve the best results for you . Myself and friend decided to go for a Lavender Escape, Calm the Mind and Renew you Body massage and I must say it was fab. We were informed by my therapist Hannah that unfortunately they didn't have lavender but would use essential oils. It was without doubt my best scrub & massage I've had, from the simple things of not having to have a shower during the scrub as they use lotions to remove it and the hot towel under my neck when I turned over, really made the whole experience feel like a million dollars. I will def be back and book again with Hannah.

Just had a 1:1 consultation via Pensight.com with Corinna Tolan. We were able to chat before hand and slightly change the time to our schedules, discuss sending pics direct to Corinna and outline my main concerns. During the consultation I was able to fully explain my existing regime and discuss which items I could remain using and which to add in. Corinna was so knowledgeable and easy to talk to! I can't wait to get started - thank you Corinna!!

I did an online consultation with corinna from Monica Tolan’s a few months ago with my daughter who was suffering from acne , to me it was expensive but corinna took my daughter under her wing and guided us through a plan and I am amazed at the results so far , corinna has been consistently checking in with us and reviewing results , tweaking when we needed it
I had tried the environ products with my daughter previously and even had a consult with someone else but we only got great results when corinna was guiding us , best decision I made was to do the online consult

There was an offer I wanted to avail of but couldn't see how to get it. After a quick call I was quickly guided on how to do it dealing with very pleasant staff. Then, when my package arrived, there was an extra little gift in there which was a lovely surprise to receive. Fast, friendly, excellent service.

Ordered from Monica Tolans ..super fast service ..gorgeous free gift with my purchase (which was fab) all of that is true but if im honest the reason i buy from Monica Tolans is the expert advice their staff give to ensure that the product youre purchasing will do what you want /need it to do & if its suitable for you ..Corinna in Monica Tolan has an instagram page which is so full of knowledge & advice but also fun ..💕

Sonia created a completely personalised skin care routine for me and remained a constant source of support and guidance through the weeks that followed. Sonia was only ever a phone call or an email away if I had any questions or concerns and the follow up calls I had after my initial consultation have helped me to achieve the skin I have always wished for!
