I took the blood exactly as stated and had to repeat test as sample wasn’t suitable each time.
Wasted a lot of money for no result.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We're very sorry that you were disappointed with your experience.
Having reviewed your order, I can see that you received 12 of the 15 results included in your Full Health Screen plus TPO test. Unfortunately, despite two collection attempts, we were unable to generate results for folate, ferritin and transferrin saturation, which are among the most sensitive biomarkers and can occasionally become unsuitable for analysis if the sample quality is affected.
If you are unable to see the other 12 results in your account, please do get in touch with us as we would be very happy to investigate this for you and ensure you can access them.
We appreciate that this is frustrating, particularly when you've followed the collection instructions carefully. Whilst most customers receive a full set of results from a finger-prick sample, there are unfortunately occasions where certain biomarkers cannot be reported because we cannot guarantee their accuracy. We will only ever release results that meet our laboratory quality standards.
As an NHS laboratory, providing accurate and reliable results is our priority, even when that means we are unable to report every biomarker.
We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations and appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback.

Fast Service
It is a very fast service and the test results were easy to readI did have a query related to the website as the contact us kept reverting to page not found 404. I cannot fault the service and it just might be a technical glitch hence 5 stars

Results still not downloadable after all these years!
I'm partially sighted. I need to download my results to enlarge them!
Am I still the only one who can't download their results which I need for my consultant?
Nothing changes on their webpage. The improvements never came.
Am I also the only one who's Anaemia profile
always has to be repeated?? The one thing that is really important for my GP / Endocrinologist.
The rest of the tests are perfect.
5 stars one day possibly.

Took some time to find the download instruction. Not easy.
Why can't you put the latest test results all on one page along with the diagrams and also have the choice of printing the history off seperatley.
Surely it can't be that difficult.
I have to copy and paste or screenshot and paste to do this.

I wanted to let you know that we have now added a Download Results button to the top left of the results page, allowing you to download a PDF copy of your results to enlarge, print or share with your consultant. We appreciate that this button is not currently as prominent as it should be, and I've already asked our website developer to improve its visibility so it is much easier to find.
I'm also sorry that you've experienced repeated issues with your anaemia profile. Unfortunately, these biomarkers are among the most sensitive to sample quality and are therefore the most likely to be affected by haemolysis or insufficient sample volume. We completely understand how frustrating this is, particularly when these are the results that are most important to you and your clinical team.
We really do value your feedback, and comments such as yours have helped us improve the service over time—including the addition of the downloadable results feature.
If you're now able to download your results successfully, we would be very grateful if you would consider updating your review to reflect this improvement. Your feedback is important to us, and we hope to continue improving the service for all our customers.

They were most helpful with email…
They were most helpful with email contacts. The test results were available the day after receipt of my sample. Very efficient. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because it needs to made very clear how long it takes to get the amount of blood they need from a pin prick. Otherwise excellent.

Since being treated by Chiropractor for spilal support and now Neuropathy he advised i check vitamins and was,delighted to find your service which has proved efficient and prompt. Thankyou - will check with you now when needed.
