Quick response to my request for a test pack. Great communication also test results received the day after sending it. Good value for money. Would highly recommend as I shall use them again.

Product in itself was great and easy to use. Once I sent off the sample I received my results the next day. (I paid for a timed and signed for service from the post office which cost extra). The only really for 4 stars instead of 5 is the fact that it took a very long time to arrive after ordering online (almost two weeks!) and one of the disinfecting wipes that was in the packet was ripped open. I had some more at home so I wasn't too worried but still you would expect better quality control from a medical product supplier.

I ordered a full thyroid panel from monitor my health. Arrived within a couple of days, I posted back on a Thursday and my results were in by Sunday.

Sadly First Class post less reliable than it used to be but I have always had results the same day sample received by MMH.
I was slighly concerned that the heatwave might impact results so did leave posting as close as possible to the last collection time.Thankfully I did not have to repeat!
The dashboard provides a simple summary/advice section against each category and it is easy to compare with previous results.
I find this test a very useful way to monitor my Cholesterol .

First test blood cells were damaged, replacement sent and second test fine after a false result of damaged. Then 3 hours laterit was somehow changed to be fine ???? A bit confusing
