The test arrived very promptly. It had easy to understand, full instructions. Sample easy to take myself. You can use a normal post box if you choose. I went to a post office to get a receipt. The next day, I received email notification sample received. Late afternoon, email notification results available!

The test itself was straight forward with clear instructions.
Upon delivery I was notified throughout with updates on my sample and the results were with available within 24 hours.

I cannot get enough blood out by pricking my fingers multiple times to fill this bottle up. 60 ml will need a lot of pricks a whole small bottle. I would rather have paid someone to take the blood. Not happy complete waste of money as I cant do it. A small amount on a test strip would be fine but a small bottle!!! I cant imagine how sore the fingers would be after to keep stabbing! I have now agreed to pay another £45 and visit their partner blood clinic to take the blood. They have said they will send another kit compatible with venal withdrawal. I hope they are true to their word but i can't get an appointment for a week! If i had known i would have paid more money and gone elsewhere or gone as an urgent to my dr on nhs! outrageous...
