Incredible chat widgets and voice AI

I would like to thank Monobot AI for automating customer communication in my company. Only positive impressions after several months of use Chat and Web call widgets. Now most customer questions are answered by a virtual assistant. And bookings are automatically added to Google Calendar with email notification of conversation summary

I’ve been using Monobot.ai for a few…

I’ve been using Monobot.ai for a few weeks now to handle customer support chats and some scheduling tasks. Overall, it’s been quite helpful, though not perfect.

What I like:

The setup was fairly intuitive — I got a working chatbot running in under an hour.

It integrates well with messaging platforms (e.g. WhatsApp, website chat), which makes it easy to consolidate channels.

The AI responses are mostly natural and accurate for standard queries.

Their analytics dashboard gives useful insights — seeing common customer questions helps me refine the bot’s responses.

What could be better:

Occasionally the bot misinterprets more complex or multi-step user queries, so I still have to step in manually.

The voice assistant feature is promising but experiences occasional latency or recognition errors.

Some integrations (with niche systems) require custom work.

Pricing gets steep if you scale usage.

Verdict:
Monobot.ai is a strong choice if you want to automate routine customer interactions and reduce repetitive workload.

Very helpful

Very helpful. I've been using it for a month, and I'd say it's really helpful. I mostly use it as sort of customer support and meeting scheduling, as it is synced to my calendar. The price is good too.
