Monsalife are a scam company who do not reply to emails (actually I do not think their customer support email address even exists!!). They added items, which they charged me for, to my order and I have been unable to contact them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are con-artists. I would leave a negative star rating if this was possible.

Do not buy from this company.if I could have given it 0 stars I would have. Feel stupid having fell for their hype. Cannot say if it is any good as delivery system on product does not work and liquid is streaming out from the rollerball tip. Ordered 4 (stupid me) tried 3 they re all the same . Have tried to contact Monsalife by email 4 times (last try today 1/10) and each time have received an undeliverable message back so that speaks volumes. Avoid unless you want to waste your money.

Absolutely appalling product, doesn't deliver. Ordered 2 bottles. 2nd bottle only had enough to do one nail! Doesn't work monsalife are a scam please do not buy this product

Do not use this company.

I was told I would be refunded by this company over 6 months ago and still nothing. They kept giving excuses that changed several times and they have now blocked my email address. Untrustworthy and a total scam.

Total scam. Product doesn’t work and despite offering a money back guarantee, they just ignore any request for help.

Doesn’t work, poor customer service.
Received an email from the company discrediting the claims in their marketing basically saying it’s not scientifically proven and the use of nailsheild alone is not sufficient to cure nail fungus. Save your time and money, don’t buy!

No reply from my query. No house number or block name so how will I get delivery

Total scam bottles empty both with different colour liquids, no difference at all to nails and now refusing to give money back after promising 60 day money back guarantee, total scam avoid at all costs....

I ordered x 1 product ..only then to find d I'd been charged for x 3 ..messaged them , who said ..no worries , you can get full refund ..then on arrival had Email ..saying No refunds allowed ..

Useless doesn't work it's a scam do not buy

As per normal didn't read reviews and still waiting for product they didn't say it's coming from China although I could have walked there and back I this time so beware this is more than likely a scam site

I ordered 2 bottles with no change to my nails ! In fact caused more problems with my skin ! When I contacted them took ages for a reply and keep getting fobbed off and give my direction of how to use ! with no refund as they blatantly advertise give 100% refund 60 day guarantee! Scam do not use ! 🤬🤬🤬

Ordered 2 bottles no improvement within a month. Contacted customer services who basically send instructions on how to use- no instructions sent with the product either but checked online, used as per instructions but still no results- NO MONEY BACK GURANTEE - DO NOT USE THIS IS A SCAM - maybe the bottles weren’t full as they seem to run out very quickly and only using on 2 toes. They want you to buy more and waste your money DONT BUY!!!!!

It doesn’t work!! I ordered 2 bottles and used daily for 2 months following the instructions. When I contacted them they acknowledged my email but then ignored it. There is no 60 day money back guarantee as quoted. Don’t waste your money

I ordered two bottles of this NailShield and have used it twice a day. After a few weeks I used the first bottle and no change. After another few weeks no change. I finished the bottles and saw no change. Customer Service team just tried to sell me more.

I ordered two bottles of Nail Shield Fungal Nail Treatment and was sent two bottles of TONISABERY Health Toenail Stick. Cost £30.
I tried emailing several times to explain they'd sent the wrong item and can they send the correct item or issue a refund.
No reply.
Realising they are a scam, thought I may as well try it for two weeks. No improvement.

Ordered 2 bottles in early December. Supposed to have been delivered by Yodel. Countless messages to Yodel and Monsalife and now being ignored. I paid good money that was quick enough to come out of my account. DO NOT ORDER OR DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Lying thieves
