ho ordinato una t-shirt e un cappellino con ricamo personalizzato e per ben 2 volte il ricamo del cappellino è stato eseguito con un errore. al secondo cappellino ricevuto con errore, trattandosi di un regalo e non arrivando più in tempo, ho chiesto un rimborso. Rimborso che mi è stato concesso, decurtando però le spese di spedizione sostenute dall'azienda per inviarmi articoli sbagliati. Non acquisterò più nulla da questo sito.

Ordered an engraved glass for an 18th birthday present. The process was very easy to follow and price seemed about right. The generated image of the glass was really good and the engraving a decent size and really clear, however the actual product was completely different, picture and writing is that small you can’t see any detail and can barely make out the image! Very very disappointing and will mean looking for a replacement present as I would be far too embarrassed to give this one.
I would say avoid!!!
We ordered a glass that was engraved with a photo of a friend for his 60th birthday. The price seemed good, the upload process was simple to follow and the AI image looked good, and then the delivery was prompt. However, when we opened the box the engraving was poor and the writing so small it is almost impossible to read
I first came across Monsieurtshirt in Bordeaux last year whilst on holiday and bought my first shirt there with a delightful parrot embroidery. I have returned to Wales in the UK and have just received a shirt ordered on line after unfortunately damaging my first one. The quality is superb but what I like the most is the colour rust stays fast no matter how often you wash it. I have selected an alternative embroidery this time carried out by
“Angela” and am even more impressed. I thoroughly recommend the mail order service and will use them myself again very soon. Well done Monsieurtshirt as you have made another satisfied customer😀
