Buyer beware. Do not purchase a watch strap from this company. It will take forever and will not be what you ordered. If you order a “custom alligator strap” they will send you a poor quality regular leather one, and then not respond at all when you call them on it. Stick to Delugs and other reputable sellers.

Company is fraudulent. Ordered strap over 40 days ago and no response from company since. Ignore emails.

Commande passée en décembre 2025. Reçu un bracelet qui ne correspond pas à la commande. Le site me dit fabriquer un autre bracelet, que je reçois le 30/05/2026.... la finition est mate alors que je voulais du brillant...le bout du bracelet est rond alors que d'habitude il est en ogive. Rien de ne va. Entre temps commande le 3 avril 2026, avec délais annoncé de 3-4 semaines... au 30/05....le second bracelet n'est toujours pas arrivé. A éviter!!!!

I bought a strap and it was indicated in the website that shipping takes 2-3 days, 5 days go by and the order status sill at (ordered) so i went to reddit and found out that a lot of people didn’t receive their orders , I immediately emailed them and i received a replay that my shipment is dropped at the shipping company (DHL) and with no proof or a tracking number, i knew it was a scam so I spoke with my bank and reversed that transaction on my credit card and got my money back, never ever use this scam site

This website is a scam. It’s been 2 weeks I haven’t gotten my order I’ve sent MULTIPLE emails with no response from the company. Going online I’m seeing all the other reviews about how it’s a scam and the order never comes. STAY. AWAY!!!! Total fraud and scam. Very disappointed. Will be posting this everywhere I can find.

The strap never arrived, three weeks after ordering it I received an email stating the order was never fulfilled due to a shortage of stock. No reply from customer service to any of my emails, still waiting for a refund. Hopeless at best, fraudulent at worst. Avoid at all costs.

Made an order for a strap but waited for weeks just chasing for a response as item was not yet shipped out. Eventually requested a refund as I don't know how long more should i wait.

Mind you I am based in Singapore, where Monstraps claims to be from.

I purchased an alligator square scale leather strap from Monstrap. This is an handmade product so I was fine that the order was delayed; however the alligator design was peeling off strap within a month of light use (when meeting a client, washing my hands).

I reached customer support but did not get a response whether this is a defect or if it is considered normal wear and tear.

Avoid at all cost!
They never deliver and don't react to any messages. It's a scam.

Ordered a strap 9 weeks ago and contacted support multiple times. Every time the person on the chat ensure me that the strap will ship soon or next week or that it was in quality control. Always a lie. Even today I don't have the strap, I asked for a reimbursement and I was ignored.

Ordered over a month ago, website said delivery '2-3 weeks'. As I hadn't even had a shipping notification after 3 weeks, emailed them - no reply. Emailed several times since, got one reply saying 'would be finished mid next week'. That week passed: no update, no shipping, no watch strap. Emailed them again: no reply. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a strap nearly 3 weeks ago and have not received any updates or communication since. I’ve emailed twice with no responses. There are other options out there, please avoid this one.

Poor quality strap & clasp. I bought a hybrid rubber deployment strap for my 2254.50 (Peter Blake) Omega seamaster, but am not happy with it. The clasp is very poor quality, it feels extremely cheap and doesn't operate nicely. It won't even snap shut without wriggling it from side to side, not even close in terms of quality to some Omega deployments I have. Likewise the strap is dissapoinging. It doesn't fit rhe caee particularly well / snugly, so has movement in it. Again, most at unlike my genuine Omega Planet Ocean watch straps which fit perfectly. Basically this has been a waste of money. Buy the real deal or wear NATO straps I suppose...

The best aftermarket straps I have come across so far for my Tudor. Bought their camo strap which were discontinued by Tudor and was pleasantly surprised given how much lesser it cost compared to the original. Will be back for more!

I have had nothing but excellent service from monstraps. They have done custom work for me with fantastic leathers many times! Highly recommended
