So helpful. I was stuck with a worn out and leaky jacket in a remote country town. I had a tiny window for delivery of a new jacket. Staff were so helpful. They seriously went out of their way to do the best they could to express mail my gear for me. It arrived in time, saved me a lot of bother & my new jacket & umbrella were my best gear for the rest of my 63 day hike.

Had no issues with receiving my jacket. Ordered from New Zealand, and received an email when it was shipped. Overall happy with my experience with Montbell.

Guys in the shop where easy to deal with in fitting kids and the pick up in jindabyne was easy.

The service I received from Montbell Australia was excellent. I purchased the 80L wheeled duffel. Unfortunately, there was a manufacturing defect which became apparent on its first use. I took a photo and sent with a plate explanatory email and received a full refund within hours of my email being sent. These issues happen from time to time and I think the way businesses deal with them is the best indication of commitment to customer service. I will be back.

the shirts are magnificent- better than the plain North Face (yes i like them too) having the tiny check pattern hides any little splots that occur in restaurants. Can be worn all day then out to dinner in same shirt. Love it!

Only negative was I ordered two Items and they came separately. One did not identify itself on the Tracking Information has to whom it was from. I did not receive a second Tracking number.
But besides this Both rain jackets are off unbelievable quality and fit true to size,

The order didn’t ship for ages, I emailed and asked why and got a rather arrogant reply saying they were busy and that they’re a small family company… that excuse just doesn’t work in online business anymore. Ten days later my order still hadn’t shipped, I emailed again and they just cancelled my order and I got a refund. If you’re going to be in the online business you better work out how to actually ship your items within a reasonable time frame and not use the term “we’re a small family business” and another tip, try not to be arrogant with your customers!!! Never ordering again.

I am dissatisfied with the customer service. There has been no communication regarding the status of my orders, and I was charged before it was confirmed that the products were in stock.
I contacted them to inquire about the delay in receiving my products, but instead, they only refunded my payment without giving any explanation.
I am pleased with the quality of the products. However, it was not a pleasant experience having to contact them initially.
