Montesere Opiniões 

I bought a handbag from Montesere and, after only a few days of normal use, the strap detached from the bag. The product is still under warranty, so I contacted Montesere by email, used the contact form on their website, and even sent them a message via Instagram. Despite all these attempts, almost a month has passed and I have not received any reply at all. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service: no acknowledgement, no support, no solution. I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the complete lack of response from the brand.

Order placed in August 2025 still in processing (February 2026), lack of response to information requests. Terrible customer service. Very poor experience.

Unfortunately, after more than three weeks since placing the order and contacting them without success, I feel compelled to leave this review and warn others who are considering purchasing from this campaign to think twice.
Not only are they not serious, they don't even want to come up with a solution, and on top of that, all attempts to contact them lead to deleted comments on Instagram and seen DMs.
I'm leaving some evidence.

After about a month and half from my initial purchase and the day after I received the bag, I requested to return the bag! That should have been an easy thing! Nop the company kept going back and forth with me and finally yesterday they wrote me that the return was denied!
Be aware of the scam, do not do business with them! The are one of the worst companies out there!

I did not like the bag I ordered. It did not even closely match the quality promised by the picture. While on the web page it says leather and only one side is shown, the back side is made from artificial different material. I requested a return, the respond was after several days. They offered me 30% or price return in order to leave the bag. When I declined, they offered 50%. All communication was delayed and in the end 14 days passed and I am not eligible for return anymore. So a total scam! Do not trust this company.

Bag said to be in leather, cheap plastic material - total scam. $200 for something that you can by in a store in Europe for 25-30 USD
