Couch service

OUTSTANDING service department!!!

To whom it may concern. Remus from your service department has to be one of your most hidden treasures.

We had a concern about a piece of furniture we purchased from you in 2015 which we had purchased the extended warranty for. The day that Remus arrived I was greeted by a genuine smile and a personable but professional demeanor, despite the fact that he had to walk through some thick snow to get to our house. Remus examined our chair and was careful, skillful and thorough throughout the process. I stayed nearby in case he needed a tool or a light and he was so kind to answer me with patience as I asked a few questions. His cheerfulness and professionalism lasted his entire visit.

I was so impressed with the high quality of this person that I thought you should know; Remus is a tremendous asset to your organization and a person of incredible value.

The employees were great

The employees were great. Very, very considerate, knowledgeable and helpful. I give the employees a 5 star rating.
The prices are way out of line on most things. If it wasn't for the gift card I received when I purchased my home, I would not be able to buy anything from Montgomery's unless they had a fantastic sale.

High end happiness.

Our most recent purchases were 4 counter stools and 2 leather topped stools made to order by Charleston Forge. They were for our home in Arizona. Barron, who assisted us, took care of everything seamlessly and the furniture arrived at the time promised. We have worked with and purchased from most of the high end stores in Scottsdale and Montgomery’s is on par with the best.

Not happy with service

Not happy with service. Couch is only two years old and paid thousands of dollars and now told I have to take off cover and fluff the filling. Seriously! Never ever had to do that with any other stuffed furniture I bought. This is inacceptable

Desk chair as specified

My shopping experience was a small purchase but it was fast, thorough, and complete. The sales rep was friendly extremely quick at identifying my need. She asked several pertinent questions to find me exactly what I needed. I definitely will consider Montgomerys on my next shopping trip for furniture, office and home.

Great experience!

Great experience!! Sara took the time to review all the options after gathering information that narrowed down our search which made it that much less overwhelming! I was very impressed with the attention given, professionalism and knowledge! I would definitely recommend Montgomery's to friends and family!

Never Disappointed

Love the store employees and selection. They were very helpful with picking out furniture within my budget. Also, showed great knowledge about the furniture and construction. I love the display that allows you to test drive the different upgrades to the frame and/or cushions so you can make an informed decision. I bought my coffee and end table years back and told my husband the next time I want furniture I'm going to Madison's Montgomery.

I bought furniture and was told that…

I bought furniture and was told that although material was not leather it was excellent and would wear well. Material deteriorated and peeled off. I reached an agreement with Montgomerys that if I paid for the material they would pay labor. When it came to getting the individual a work order to complete the labor they would not pay her. Going back and forth I was forced to take store credit that didn't come close to fixing my loss. I will probably not purchase anything from your store again. The agreement should have been honored

Many issues with my multiple orders

Many issues with my multiple orders. Would take at least two calls to get a response. One issue was that I was charged over $200 after I paid for half of an order. When I asked why I was told it was for special curtain rods. When I picked up the curtains there were 8 rods when I only needed 4. I returned the extra 4 rods but only received a refund of $38. I will not recommend or return to Montgomery’s.
