Shockingly incompetent

Communicate via chat seems AI and not UK based by terminology used.

They lost my prescription and still after 3 weeks not setupy account with them.

Montu own Alternaleaf too so their own in house pharmacy. Both companies have been useless and incompetent.

Go with another medical cannabis provider, else you'll be left in pain, stressed and out of pocket.

I've reported them to the CQC for their loss of my private data.

As a very new user of this service, the whole process from start to finish has been superb.

My anxiety over existing medications and interactions were addressed in full and I am assured that there is a whole team behind the scenes reviewing everything.

Just been browsing my Montu Pharmacy App.

Just been browsing my Montu Pharmacy app site and was very pleased at the recent update's to it including layout , menu's , text and listing's...AlwayZ A Pleasure And 'Highly'( forgive the pun✌️) Recommended as Staff of all positions are kind , caring, professional and friendly. 🙏🫡🙏

Was good when they stocked a lot more

Was good when they stocked a lot more. Now they only stock their own upstate curo etc and ignore anything else. Gonna swap soon.

Excellent service all round from…

Excellent service all round from signing up, appointments, to receiving meds (roughly 2 weeks start to finish when joining up) - I've been with alternaleaf nearly a year and never had an issue - wide variety of quality flower, carts etc - some moan there favourites gone out of stock but always plenty of other options/choice (as with everything stock comes and goes daily)

Between mistakes,re writing…

Between mistakes,re writing prescriptions contaminated meds,awkward and hard to speak to people I'd go ahead and use some other group montu/alternaleaf not fit for purpose.

Subpar service

Subpar service

I have given 2 stars, because the service from Montu was perfect, until it wasn't.

I ran into an issue where one of my medication cartridges leaked. Upon initially emailing them, I received a swift response in which I was given a few good options on replacements etc. My reply to this email has now went 6 full days and counting without a response. I have been without medication for most of this time.

I stressed to the representative that I have no medication currently, and I am in the process of reducing another medication for the same condition, so it is important I get a reply asap. I have called them several times, where I was given falsey promised times I will hear a reply by, as they can only solve this over email, not phone apparently. I will be looking at switching pharmacies after this experience I think.

That being said, all the representatives I've spoke to on the phone about this were polite, understanding, and chased up on the representative who my support ticket was with.

The email quality control representative has done a terrible job at responding to me and should not be working in a position where people depend on them for medications etc. It's absolutely shocking that someone who can't even reply to their emails within a working week is in charge of something like this.

Update:
After informing them I was going to report them to the GhPC, they suddenly resolved the issue in under 18 minutes.

I ordered a vape £10

I ordered a vape £10. I wanted to cancel the vape few hours after I placed the order, I wanted to cancel. They said you cant cancel and you have to refuse delivery for a refund! Are these people working with systems from the 1990s? What on earth is going on haha. I would never use them again for that

Alternaleaf From my experience

In the time I have been a patient with Alternaleaf, I have found not only havey communication issues lessened, due to their excellent personal and professionalism. I've also found my physical symptoms lessen alot. I've been able to nearly fully come off nearly all of the opioids I was taking. Every time I've needed anything or asked a question, even nearer the end of the work day. The staff have gone out of their way to help, even working later to resolve any issues. The prices are fair enough, and the amount of products available are excellent. The plus side is there's always new stuff popping up, also so there's always other medication options. I personally keep a spreadsheet of what I've had, so I know which works for what symptom best. I find this way when regulars are out of stock I have a list I can go to of what's worked in the past. The drs and pharmacists are all really nice and so helpful and professional, that it makes the entire experience a pleasure. The chat bot feature is Great and very responsive, I've also found getting hold of Montu and Alternaleaf on the telephone to be incredibly easy. My experience with the company is that good, that I shan't ever be looking to change providers. I have since signed a few fellow patients up to the service. They say like me their quality of life has significantly improved.

Requested a slight change to one of my…

Requested a slight change to one of my products on my repeat prescription, this was sent on 21st May and as such my entire prescription was put on hold (including my other product I did not ask to be changed). It was approved on 22nd May and I had an email to state I’ll be informed once it’s ready to be ordered. It’s now 29th May and still nothing. I’ve been without any medication all week. I’ve even contacted Montu on live chat and been informed that I should be able to order within 24 hours (this was a week ago)
Please stop taking on new patients if you cannot effectively manage your existing patients without being chased.
