Sorry to read this feedback. I looked at your account, and I don't see any public or private chats with our moderators about this situation. We don't offer personal financial advice so this feedback is a little confusing.
Generally speaking though, we definitely don't want to "call people out" on their decisions... and ultimately, we are just trying to teach people the strategies and trading approaches that our experts believe in.
My guess is whoever you are referring to was attempting to answer a question honestly inside of one of our public chats.
At no point should you treat our research and recommendations as "financial advice". Our experts do not know everyone's personal situation and the reality is, they aren't perfect (nor claim to be).
This seems like an unfortunate misunderstanding to me, but please reach out to us ASAP so we can clear it up. The best way to reach out to us is in mod chat...

Good news... Karim is a huge fan of options selling and frequently makes those trade recommendations in the War Room.
This is an advanced strategy that we don't typically recommend novice traders start with... so we haven't featured this heavily in our free content...
But we'll definitely get some type of FREE training on put selling in Monument Traders Live in the near future.

No transparency about how succcessful the trading is, so hard to know whether you could make money with some sub-optimal trading (i.e., not being glued to the computer all day.)

The constant upsells are annoying.
I tried some of their other services and was able to get refunds minus marketing costs when requested after jumping through some hoops.

The training is good. The stock tips are great! Everyone makes it fun even on the bad days. I am new to options trading (since July) but my portfolio has grown from 26k to an average of 40k. I think being able to call to get pointers would be a huge help.

I joined with a lifetime membership…
I joined the War Room with a lifetime membership that cost $3500. This is trading options. Primarily buying call options betting a stock will go up in price. At the time I began trading the recommendations, I was up $2500. After 6 months I am down about $100. It takes all of your time to wait for notices because they don't have an alert system worth a darn. Their alert system is primarily upselling, so you'll buy more and more expensive products. Profits depend on brief pops up and they can vanish in seconds making the trade a loser. For example, this morning an overnight trade was up seconds after the opening bell and a sell recommendation went out about 8:31am. I tried to execute a sale within seconds, and it went from a winner to a loser just that fast. They'll claim that as a winning trade, but I lost money. People posted up that they got out with big profits, but I can't see how they did it. They claim high percentage rates of successful trades, but the losers outstrip the winners because the losers are big and the winners are small by comparison. That's the reason my account went from $2500 profit to being in the red. It hasn't been a good experience for me thus far because with the subscription cost, I'm in the hole about $6000. It isn't a place where you can learn to be a trader. People post up their winning trades after the fact 99% of the time with no explanation what the rationale was for the trade. It has been frustrating.

Not my thing, but 100% trustable.
To everyone writing about scamming, they are not scammers. Granted, options trading is risky, I upgraded over a year ago to their DPL subscription but I wasn't comfortable with the risk level and time required, I called and they didn't even push, they confirmed it was done over the phone call and in less than a week I received my money back minus the advertised fee. As my long term account keeps growing I am planning to resubscribe in the future when I have more time to move my short term money. At least I know they were honest about the guarantee.

Dont Walk Away RUN!
Tried Several of the products from this company and basically their trades are a coin flip with options. Very high risk. You have to actually go through a phone tree and actually talk to a real person to request a refund. This persons job is to tell you they dont give refunds and just switch you to another of their products with a credit for what you paid. It's BS. Reputable companies do not do this. Not to mention the never-ending onslaught of Daily Marketing trying to sell you more of their Crap.
