Went looking for a Moomin coaster…
Went looking for a Moomin coaster for my partners new working from home office... and stumbled across the moomin.co.uk store.
Found a design which I thought she would love and bought straight away. It arrived very promptly - and the quality of the coaster is absolutely beautiful. Very happy.

Dear Vladisdlav,
We just saw your 1* review. You wrote "I would appreciate it if you could outline the refund procedure." and then didn't let use do this, which is most disappointing. We have not suggested that you returned the bag for a refund, we never mentioned returning it, we are quite happy to refund both the bag and the postage, and let you keep (or throw away) the bag. We have also reached out to the manufacturer, who are investigating as even their general manager was unaware of the change to the design, and we are still waiting for them to come back to us, maybe they can replace the bag with the correct version, we don't know that yet.
