We take user security and platform transparency very seriously. If you are indeed our user and have encountered issues with withdrawals, please contact our support team. Transparency is our priority, and we are ready to answer any questions regarding the reliability of our platform.
We would also like to note that scammers are creating copies of our website and impersonating our team in order to deceive our users and steal cryptocurrency. Please remember that the Moonacy Protocol team will never ask you for access to your account or passwords, nor will we ever request you to transfer your crypto to an external wallet.
Additionally, we have been receiving frequent complaints from people regarding forticards.com, a website with which we have no affiliation whatsoever. Please keep this in mind and do not fall for scammers tricks.

The exchange works, but support took too long to respond. The issue was resolved, but I had to wait almost 24 hours.

Trying to do the same shit to people DO NOT FEED INTO THIS SCAM!! You WILL get all of your money stolen! Secret service is already after these greedy, evil scammers!!
