Awful. Messed up my order completely then refused to refund or exchange. Currently seeking refund through PayPal as when I tried to resolve with their customer service team they were next to useless. Complete waste of money and from what I read below they don’t even work as noice cancellation

Beware! If you are not satisfied with the product, you must pay your own return postage fees. Since the products they sell are often very heavy, these fees can add up. Not satisfied with this level of service. Not a modern web shopping company.

Jeg har købt mørklægningsgardiner, som skulle være 100% mørklæggende. Men det er de overhoved ikke, selvom de reklamerer med det.
Dårlig oplevelse.
Ellers var forsendelsen frem efter 5 dage. Det bliver sent fra Frankrig. Jeg har desværre allerede skåret gardinerne til inden vi opdagede, at lyset skinner igennem.

Have been ordering several curtains from them over the years. Excellent customer service and high quality that will last for a long time. Especially impressed with their 100% Blackout curtains (even in white).

I ordered 2 items and then I asked if it was possible to change the order. The customer service reply to me and was helpful. Finally I did not change my order and it arrived quite quickly, not damaged and perfectly packed.
I'm happy with the service.

I ordered a light and soundproof curtain in a colour called 'slate' from this company's Danish website a few weeks ago. On the basis of the name and the dark grey curtain show on the accompanying photo, I assumed that I would receive a dark grey curtain. However, when the package finally arrived, the curtain in it was navy blue. On contacting the company Customer Service department, asking them to correct the error, I was told that 'slate is a mixture of blue and grey', which, even if it was true, does not explain why I was sent a navy blue curtain which does not resemble the colour shown on the website in the slightest. I was rudely told that I have to cover the expense of returning the blue curtain and the postage of a possible replacement in the right colour myself - as if I would ever dare placing another order with a company which does not seem to know the first thing about colours and does not seem to care either.

This company confirms everything the rest of Europe suspects of the French with respect to arrogance and impoliteness. Indeed, Moon Nightmare would be a much more apt name.

Jeg havde bestilt mørklægningsgardiner men ombestemte mig samme dag og ville have gardinerne med mørklægning, støjdæmpning og beskyttelse mod solen i stedet. Derfor skrev jeg til Moondream på engelsk. Jeg hørte absolut ingenting i 10 dage...så fik jeg en besked om, at gardinerne (den oprindelige ordre), var sendt...2 dage derefter fik jeg en besked om, at jeg kunne returnere min ordre, hvis jeg ikke var tilfreds...det ville koste mig 91 kr...så jeg valgte at beholde min oprindelige ordre. Det er noget rod at kommunikere med Moondream, også selvom man skriver på engelsk. De forstår vist kun fransk...
Til gengæld er mørklægningsgardinerne flotte og lukker lyset helt ude, så produktet er jeg tilfreds med, men virksomheden og håndteringen af ordren er jeg slet ikke tilfreds med. Derfor samlet 3 stjerner.

Det tog ikke lang tid for butikken at hæve penge på min konto, for nogle varer jeg havde købt i deres netbutik, men det tog til gengæld 11 dage og 2 rykkerskrivelser, før de fandt ud af ,at den oplyste pris var forkert og yderligere 2 dage for dem, at returnere mine penge til min konto, som kompensation tilbød de så, at jeg kunne få 10% i rabat på den nu væsenlige dyrere varer, men det havde jeg så ikke lyst til, det er første sidste og eneste gang jeg har forsøgt at købe noget i denne butik.

The curtains arrived and although they were called 'Grey' online, they looked purple. The quality was pretty poor, so I decided to return them.
Offering no postage or packaging returns slips (which seems standard these days), I was forced to fork out £27.50 to return the curtains to their office in France. Unacceptable. If they don't offer free returns postage, than at least give the customer a UK based address to keep costs down. Needless to say I was very disappointed and upset.
