I placed an order expecting a fleeced linen jacket, but I received a regular linen jacket instead. To make matters worse, the sizing runs significantly smaller than the advertised size chart, so the item does not fit at all.When I contacted customer service to request a return and refund, they did not make the process easy. International return shipping is incredibly expensive, which puts all the pressure on the customer for the company's mistake. They often try to offer low partial refunds or store points instead of a proper resolution.Be cautious when buying from this site. I am still waiting for a fair resolution or a full refund for an item that was completely misrepresented.

I ordered 2026 Fleece-lined Waterproof Raincoat Hoodie With Kangaroo Pocket, my first complaint is it took over a month to receive, I emailed support multiple times for an update with no reply. Once I did receive my order it was not at all like what the photos show or description says. It was not fleece-lined, it did not have a kangaroo pocket. The sleeves were much shorter than stated. I tried to send support an email and was just told it was an undeliverable address. Beyond frustrated, do not order from this site.

Rather than have the hassle of returning my purchase- they’re sized a bit on the small size altho quality was good- I opted to accept a very small percentage of my total cost but on accepting received a 20% discount on my next purchase. This was my second purchase and both times I was happy with the quality of the fabric!

Terrible customer service
I have tried to get in contact with this company regarding my order with no response. I have sent several emails and all I hear is crickets. It's been 2 weeks and they haven't even sent out my order yet. I have tried to cancel my order but they won't respond. Save yourself the stress and don't bother ordering from this company.
