Placed my order true the Tik Tok add back in August🤬 after few weeks website and tracking number wasn't available anymore 🤬 So definitely scam!! Just waisted a good amount of money 😕

Unfortunately many of us lost money and yes it's a scam.No tracking number,no answers to the email.Moonlight sofa never arrived.And this moonlight with this fake sofas turned up on tiktok.This world getting more evil day by day.🇬🇧

I placed an order a month ago and received both confirmation and a tracking number. Weeks went by with no updates. After I emailed them, they sent me the tracking information again, but since then—nothing. It feels like a scam website that just took my money.

Recently ordered pair of shoes from Moonlightshadow. I’m very satisfied with the quality!

I placed my order on the 20th of July, it is now September 12th and I have not received my order, my money has been taken from my account, I have received no tracking number, or any contact at all.
I have tried to contact Moonlight Shadow over 5 times through Facebook and the contact displayed on their website and NOTHING!

My order has not arrived and i have received no replies to any of my emails.

Bought some stuff for my girlfriend and she loved the packaging and the branding. Also, the quality was unmatched for the price that they offer. We will definetely order again from them.
