Gave 1 star as wont allow zero. Ordered card and gift on 14th August. Money went out of the bank on 15th August. Received email yesterday asking if gifts were liked and asking me to rate on here. Contacted moonpig today to ask why not yet received (ordered remained open on my account but no tracking update) Now they're saying there was as issue with the mug. No excuse for not delivering card as ordered and refunding money for mug to my account. My aunt is elderly and frail and getting a card and

NOT HAPPY AT ALL! This product was ordered with Xmas Card as 1 part of 2 parcels. Why all 3 products could not be sent together I do not know. Single mug in the other package delivered over 1 week ago. Needless to say today (Xmas Eve) this has still not been delivered, so no Xmas present or card for my son! Think you need to review postal options

Cup originally arrived broken! Contacted Moonpig who had it remade and delivered the next day. The packaging second time round was much better. I’d say, this needs investing in if you want customers to believe you care about sending their gifts. Colours were bright and it was personalised and resent within a day, so this made me happier.

I would like to score it 0 points. I am upset, I don't think it's even been delivered so the recipient has no idea that I remembered her birthday. It's difficult being in the UK with beloved family in Australia. Turns out Moonpig has no empathy with customers and is extremely dishonest in its business practices. Worse than taking my money under false pretences, my loved one thinks that I haven't remembered. Shame on you Moonpig.
