The card never arrived. Contacted the company who replied they would kindly duplicate the order & credit the account. However when trying to locate these in my account they were not visible. Recontacted them, it then appeared in my account. I reordered & used the credit. they then replied a day after I'd reordered the card, telling me it had been ordered & dispatched - like I don't know that already. Thanks moonpig, my father finally got his card 10 days late, so don't think I'll be using you again for the foreseeable.

Had the desired effect and bright a smile where it was intended. Haven't actually seen it myself to verify the quality but the service could not have been better. Delivered exactly as promised at a time of uncertainty in the postal system!
