Card was great. Process of ordering and dates ok. But I ordered it on a Tuesday for a Saturday special event. And they missed it. Utterly unacceptable and a failure of the entire purpose of the business model.

One star rating as the card arrived 8 days after ordering via first class post, so I had to get another for my wedding anniversary. I'd normally let this slip, but it's happened a couple of times before.... Poor service :(
