Moonshine Story turns your child into the hero of their very own book. We're a personalized children's book platform built for parents, grandparents, and teachers who want to give a child something more meaningful than another toy. In about 60 seconds, you describe the story you have in mind — a bedtime adventure, a first day of school, a brave little explorer — and we create a beautifully illustrated, one-of-a-kind storybook starring your child by name. Every book features professional-quality illustrations and an original, age-appropriate story written around the child you love. You can start for free, preview the whole book before you ever pay, and personalize the characters, names, and details until it feels just right. When you're happy, keep it as a digital keepsake or order a premium hardcover printed and delivered to your door. Parents use Moonshine to make bedtime magical, to celebrate birthdays and milestones, and to help reluctant readers fall in love with stories where they're the star. Teachers use it to build classroom books that get every child excited to read. We believe every child deserves to see themselves as the hero. Whether it's a gift, a keepsake, or a new family tradition, Moonshine Story makes a book that's truly, uniquely theirs. Create your first book free at moonshinestory.com.

A fun platform to use for your child/with your child! We created stories about his upcoming birthday trip to the aquarium and he loved the pictures. We also made some information books about fish which was really cool! Also a great gift idea.
This platform is really great for making customized story books for all sorts of occasions. It's just a fun experience for kids to read a story book about themselves, it's also a great way for them to rehearse new experiences such as going to school for the first time. For us we made one for our girl going to primary school, she really had fun with customizing the items to look like her own (eg Ariel water bottle, school unform, etc). The platform was really easy to use, you just have to upload reference pictures and it'll generate the pictures for you. There are also different illustration styles to choose from.
Easy to use, great graphics!
I made a story for my child and he was so happy to see himself featuring in it.
Highly recommend
Found this company when I was looking for a unique thank you gift for my daughter's daycare teacher. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the website was to navigate, and how accurate the illustrations were of my daughter, her teachers, and the daycare home! The illustrations were warm and colorful, and the quality of the book was excellent! And whenever I ran into issues or questions, customer service was fantastic. Matt even was able to make sure the book was delivered to us in time for my daughter's last day with her teacher. I hope to create more books with them in the future.
So tired of giving teachers the same generic gifts. I uploaded a photo of my daughter and within minutes the book had a little illustrated version of her in it — she couldn't believe it was 'her.' Her teacher really loved it and was so surprised. The hardcover is gorgeous. The most meaningful gift I've ever made. The platform is still relatively new, but the customer service is super responsive. Did observe some bugs.
