I'm struggling to provide a three customer service was prompt. Unfortunately, there's no description of how the process works. You're under the assumption that your package would be delivered by car only to then get that it'll be delivered by mail. That's not a fast process and I just can't see myself doing business with this company. I can't leave a review of the product because I haven't received anything and it's been days.

Nikita, you ordered for USPS Priority Mail at about 8pm on Friday night of Labor Day weekend and we shipped the package out on the next day - Saturday. Almost nobody ships out on Saturdays, especially Labor Day weekend. We sent you a text message with the tracking number on Saturday as well.
You’ve now left a 3 star review 24 hours later on Sunday, the following day, again on Labor Day weekend, before the US Postal Service can even get it to you. Not really sure what you were expecting to have happen within the timeframe of Friday night at 8pm to Sunday.
Outstanding as always!
I really love these guys! They are friendly beyond words, accommodating with a smile. Great products! Did I mention they have GREAT products, and they deliver! A++++++++
