Best customer service
I received my scooter, and it's in great condition. Although there was a delay with the delivery, I contacted customer support, and they were very helpful in explaining the issue. They also assisted me with a problem I had connecting my scooter to my phone, and now everything is working perfectly.

Poor packaging and customer service
Though the escooters are refurbished they would still need to be treated an packed properly.
Mine was just put in a big box where one of the reflectors broke (probably during the delivery process) and probably other scratches occurred (can't double check which ones are new or were already there).
Quite disappointing.

I had faulty charger and they responded fast and sent me a replacement straight away there diamond service is amazing and I’m one happy chappy Gary.
