Item recieved on time. I was not sent the charger and parts. Replacement was sent the next day though. Great communication by the customer service team.

Quality Electric Scooters
Great price for a top of the range scooter.
Apart from a couple of light scratches on the frame you'd think the scooter was brand new.
Communication (Bryony) was 1st class.
