It's a trustworthy email marketing tool, but the more important for us is that the online support is really helpful and solves every issue within minutes. We collaborate with moosend for 6 years now, and we're satisfied.

The king of email marketing platforms
A super easy to set up and work with email marketing platform! The editor is just amazing while Automations is a must have with a lot of ready to use recipes. Last but not least, working with Moosend means a five star customer support!

Moosend has great customer service!
I've been using Moosend for a few years now for my small business. I like the fact that you can 'pre-pay' for credits for emails (1 credit = 1 email sent to 1 customer) and it's VERY reasonable. $350 gets you 350,000 emails you can send. I only have 2500 subscribers and it's lasted me for years and I'm only down to around 200k credits left. This is SO SO Much better than a monthly subscription plan for a small business like mine.
They also have great deliverability rates. Customer service, while they don't have phone support, has been top notch. Their chat with a live person is just a click away and they are very easy to get a hold of and have always been super helpful for me. Most recently their tech spent 3 hours with me getting some custom segments dialed in.
Moosend is highly recommended.

User-Friendly and Effective
We switched to Moosend a while back and I’ve really noticed a difference in how our emails perform. The platform is super user-friendly, making it easy for our team to create and schedule campaigns without any hassle. Since the switch, our open and click-through rates have significantly improved, which is fantastic! On top of that, we’ve been getting valuable insights that have helped us segment our audience more effectively.
Overall, I’m really glad we made the change to Moosend.

Customer service was outstanding
Customer service was outstanding - less than 5 minutes to get live online chat and even scheduled a live onboarding call. Delivery looks good and the platform is very easy to use. Their cost is half of other companies and they perform at least as well if not better.

Poor
Moosend reported my original review to Trustpilot citing that it was defamatory’. It wasn’t and my negative experience of their hidden charges was wholly legitimate. In my opinion, a very untrustworthy company seeking to hide their bad reviews.

Outstanding customer support
Moosend offers nearly the same features as its more well-known competitors, but at a price that’s much friendlier for small businesses. What really stood out to me was their excellent customer support. I ran into an issue late at night (around 10 PM Eastern) and submitted a ticket. Within 10 minutes, I was offered the option to chat, and they quickly resolved my problem. Very impressed!

I have been a Moosend customer for roughly 4 years now. I'm very happy with their easy to use interface. It's easy to get used to, and once you do, it's sort of muscle memory to get your tasks done.
Price-wise, Moosend works out cheaper than the bigger competitors in the space and as a solopreneur, I am pretty budget conscious.
Their marketing automation tools can take a bit of getting used to. But once you do, it's pretty seamless.

I went into this to try it for free. When I imported my contacts the number was over the free limit....but you don't get to know that. So I clicked on something, and VOILE' got charged. They refuse to send me a refund. So, I thought...I'll try it. What a piece of junk. You can not do anything easily. I couldn't even drag an image. I am VERY good at this too. I've been doing this since 2005. I've used Canva, Pixlr, Adobe, Constant Contact (which I am going back to) and many other image editors. This one is IMPOSSIBLE. Do NOT waste your time or money. Moosend is the worst.

Absolutely dreadful company
Absolutely dreadful company. They promised phone support, then after signing up, they said I must have misunderstood as they only give email support. I showed them the written email and they said their sales agent made a mistake. Every single campaign...Yes, EVERY campaign had thousands of emails that couldn't be delivered. Each time, their email support blamed, us, blamed Google, blamed GoDaddy. Yet after following each new instruction to change our DKIM files, the same thing happened again. Worse bulk email company EVER. Oh...and the one time they ever made out like they were doing us a HUGE favor by actually giving us a phone support call, they said it had to be at 6AM!!!

Deceiving company - stay AWAY
I was lured in by their promise of a free plan, only to discover it was just a trial. Their instructions for setup were confusing and led me to third-party sites to verify DNS definitions. After I finally finished configuring everything, I found out that my free version had expired. Despite not even sending a single email through their service, they refused to extend it. To make matters worse, they didn't provide clear instructions on how to remove their solution from my DNS. This kind of service is simply unacceptable.

Incredibly disappointing in every way...
I was looking for an alternative to Mailchimp and contacted Moosend after receiving an unsolicited message (spam) through my contact form. During the initial phone call, they assured me their platform had the functionality I needed, including an API to migrate my email list from Mailchimp. Based on these assurances, I purchased a yearly plan exceeding which was priced at over $6,000.
Unfortunately, the Mailchimp Synchronizer tool wasn't functional and there were no plans for a fix according to support. Additionally, other functionalities advertised were not available as described. We attempted to resolve these issues through ongoing communication, but ultimately, these problems were not addressed. I requested a refund multiple times, but support did not respond to any of my requests.
Since I couldn't use it for my regular business, I decided to leverage it for a reactivation email campaign to inactive subscribers. Following their support team's advice, I had my email list cleaned and verified before sending. However, the bounce rate exceeded their allowable limit, resulting in account termination. No prior notification or chance to rectify the situation was offered. When I contacted them about this, they refused to reactivate my account or issue a refund.
While I avoid using strong words like 'sleazy,' the lack of communication and resolution attempts were very disappointing. Avoid doing business with this company. There are lots of ethical ESPs that can meet your needs.

Su soporte es demasiado superficial y quienes están para tratar de ayudar son técnicos poco especializados que luego transfieren la solicitud a un tercero que puede tardar hasta 48 horas en responder.
El servidor se cayó cuando empecé a probar las campañas y tuve que notificarlo.
Creo que su propuesta es genial, tienen un logo hermoso, pero todo el presupuesto del producto lo invirtieron en branding.

tried to sign up and they listed my business as spam even before we sent a single email. I'd avoid using these guys and try an alternative.
Poor software, open rates & service!
Very very poor software, and worse customer service. I tried because it was cheaper than mailchimp but quickly saw that delivery and open rate is less than half what I was getting, so it’s really not worth the saving at all. There are others such as Brevo which are similar in price but with a much better platform. The customer service is even worse, they’re clearly not a proper company because I’m currently battling with them to get a refund back for a payment they took about two weeks after I received a cancellation confirmation!
The worst experience with mailings ever....
After testing for days, the said they did not want to provide services for me... The explanation was : " Please be advised that we do not allow crypto-related content and we wouldn't be able to assist forward on this request sorry to say. " ... Just to be clear, we are a Belgian Educational platform that provides education about every aspect of investing... So that means, stock investing, ETF investing, Precious metals, and yes, also 1 crypto course about fundamental investing... This is the most absurd thing i ever heard, we are a company that already teach for 5 years... Now i understand the bad ratings.

We used it at work for well over a year. Seeing that most services have issues, I found many ways to overcome the buggy design editor which was a particular pain. Constant changes, pesky quirks that would never get resolved etc - it took a lot of creativity sometimes to overcome their clearly untested software changes.
I decided to leave after they lost 16h worth of work put into a mailer. You can imagine the cost of that for us in terms of hourly pay. Their support never emailed back as offered and requested.
When mentioning it on social media there was a mere "sorry" of the most insincere form. Clearly this doesn't affect them and their business if one person loses a couple of grand in money.
My suggestion: Look elsewhere. This is not a service I would suggest to anyone.
