Very pleased with my new front door and the fitters did an excellent job

Darcy came to see us about 6 weeks ago. She is very knowledgeable about windows, doors etc. We ordered a window for our daughter's bedroom and had it installed on Monday 6th November. The fitters that came were fantastic. Made sure our hallways were covered and stairs in plastic and did an amazing job of installing our new window. It only took them just over 2 hours and they cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely be getting more windows in the future.

Dave installed my 3 new bedroom windows yesterday. He was very friendly and notified me when he would be arriving at the property. He worked quickly and cleanly and carefully took all the old windows away leaving my driveway clean & tidy.

My sister got this company two months ago for her double glazing I checked than over and Was impressed
So order my windows from them from first phone call to the last very professional and easy process

Absolutely delighted with my new windows. A great experience from start to finish . Donald the salesman was extremely knowledgeable and talked me through all the different styles of windows which enabled me to make the best choice for me and was also such a nice guy. Cameron and Sean who fitted the windows arrived nice and early, they also were such nice guys who got straight on with the job in hand and did an absolutely first class job in fitting my windows 👌I am delighted with my new windows, they are excellent quality and now my home is much warmer and looks much smarter too ! I would thoroughly recommend MORe Living Renovations to anyone looking for new windows, first class windows and first class company 👌

2 smashing guys Ross, and work partner called me 20 mins before they arrived. Made the whole experience of fitting front n back n French doors as stress free as possible, as we have cats n had to move them around the house lol. Ross explained everything wen the jobs wer done.
Totally thrilled with the finished product. Our house is like a wee oven tonight thanks to More Living

More living failed to deliver my window on three occasions without communicating until the next day that they were not coming. It was very upsetting to have my time wasted. I have chosen not to continue with my installation. at the cost of my deposit.

UPDATE!!! - Jan 2024
Now More Living are trying to take down my honest review claiming I wasn't a customer. funny they replied to me like a was a customer on trustpilot and on my emails, and have my deposit. Seriously folks, save yourselves the headache and look elsewhere, i'm not the only one they are doing this to in order to artificially boost their ratings. This devious activity is not what you expect of an honest contractor.

yet again more living have tried to take down my honest customer review and failed. Its starting to come across as a vendetta to cancel those who have had a bad expereince with more living.

The staff were very polite over the phone and in person, there was no pressure into buying anything the multiple options were explained before we worked out a cost which was very reasonable, window fitters arrived and did their job very well windows look lovely and keep alot more heat in.

Great service from start to finish. There was no pressure to buy anything. The sales rep that came to visit was polite, well mannered and knew what he was talking about. I would highly recommend. Not had any problems since :)

The sales rep who visited us was polite, punctual and did not pressure us into buying the windows. He explained about the various options and allowed us to make our choice and then worked out the cost, which was very reasonable. The window fitters arrived on time and were friendly and very polite. They went about their work very efficiently clearing up everything as they went along. The windows look very good and our home is much warmer because of them

New windows and doors fitted in September 2023.
Great service from initial consultation, survey and installation.
Wasn’t long to wait for the windows to be manufactured and installed.
The fitters worked hard all day, working late to complete the installation.
Quality is superb

I was very please with my windows & my front door, they had been transformed. I did have 2 small queries but they were dealt with promptly and professionally. Joe and Lee were friendly and efficient, they did an amazing job cleaning up everything. I'm well chuffed and have recommended More Living Renovations already to colleagues at work!

From initial visit to discuss our requirements, through to installation of the windows today, the company has been absolutely brilliant. All deadlines were kept and the windows look great- such a huge upgrade on what we had before. The 3 installers managed 6 windows in a day despite really blustery conditions, and cleared up extremely well- a great bunch, very polite and professional. I would recommend More-Living to family and friends without hesitation- we are delighted.
