I have purchased a number of gemstones from Moriarty's over the years and I have had a custom ring made for myself and pendents made for members of my family. I have always been satisfied with the customer service and quality gems and jewelry from Moriarty's Gem Art.

Have made more than a few purchases at Moriarty’s. Beautiful Tanzanite and Steve’s unique grading system makes it easy to find the same or similar color from previous purchases. Shopping in store with Alice and Mike has been such a great experience. No pressure and they are so knowledgeable and easy to talk with. They will tell you to check the stones under the different lighting in the store so you can truly see how it looks. Extremely patient trying to find the right loose stone. Love all our pieces and will never buy Tanzanite anywhere else. If you are within a drive to the store it is well worth it to see the incredible selection of ready made pieces and loose gems.
Communication and shipping have been perfect. Don’t waste your time looking elsewhere because you won’t find anything better!

This is my second purchase from Moriarty’s. Delivery was tracked and followed up by Alice and she kept in touch with me. AND I love my pendant. The Tanzanite is stunning. Thank you to all at Moriarty’s.

We had a lovely visit at Moriarty’s last week. After looking at many beauties, I decided on a simple gold band set with sapphires and diamonds. It arrived Saturday after being sized. It is perfect! Simple and easy to wear-I love it.

The whole process was actually enjoyable. Little "extras" were provided like overnight mail delivery, quick response to my questions, lots of pictures of what to expect, and pleasant people to deal with. Moriarty's Gem Art created a custom Tanzanite and Diamond ring for us remotely. They worked very hard through several design changes at our request to ensure that everything was done to meet our vision. We received the ring and it was absolutely beautiful! I live in Australia and ordered ammonite gems (three). Not only did the gems that arrived look exactly like the photos on their website but they arrived in about 3 days from the US. They were packaged very securely and I could not be more pleased with the product and the service. I will certainly order again.

Yay!! Today I received a pendant that was custom made from one of the 2 gemstones I had purchased in April of 2020. So far I have purchased 3 gemstones from Moriarty's and had them all custom set at their location after purchasing from a live show on their Youtube site. One beautiful pink Malaya garnet was made into a ring for my youngest daughter but I could not decide on what to do with the beautiful Cambodian zircon. Alice was kind enough to email me some computer rendered examples she had made, based on our conversation, and I made a choice. I asked Alice if they would hold the blue zircon until I came to a decision on what to do with this special stone. I have since purchased a vibrant Welo opal that was made unto a gorgeous pendant by Christopher Michael, while my zircon remained pending my decision. Recently, I finally decided to have the blue Cambodian zircon made into a pendant, which is now intended for my eldest daughter as a Christmas gift. I cannot believe that the stone would still be available for me after sitting In the store for over 2 years. I did not have the same luck with some diamonds I left for cleaning at a local diamond store, what I now realize is a shady establishment. I went nuts with amazement watching my first live show on Youtube in 2020 and haven't looked at another jeweler since. The stones are top quality, cut by Steve and even more beautiful in person. Every piece of jewelry is STUNNING!! I am a customer for life!! Many thanks to everyone at Moriarty's!!

I just received 2 pear-cut Welo opal cabochan stones, and they are breathtaking in person. I was expecting some ultraviolet flashes, which are not as prevalent as the online professional photo and that is to be expected due to differing light sources. But the red flashes are amazing - like red fireworks going off! These will be mounted into a ring and pendant once designs are decided. Of course they don't "match" one another as they're opals, but each is super-special and I can't wait to wear them!!

I’d been researching gemstones for a while, when I came across Moriarty's. I was hesitant to shop online for such a purchase, but after visiting their website many times, looking at their products as well as watching their YouTube video's, I am extremely pleased with my purchase. The whole team from Steve, Alice, Jeff and others were all extremely responsive to my questions and patient with me as a first-time buyer out of his comfort zone.

After the purchase, the shipping was very easy and they accommodated my request to delay shipment until I returned from vacation.

I can't fault my experience with Moriarty's Gem Art! I first watched Steve cutting stones on You Tube and decided my next gem purchase would be something that has a great cut. I saw a beautiful Heliodor 7.84 cts on the website and initially messaged Jeff who held it for me while I decided to purchase. Alice took over and was very helpful answering my questions. I decided to buy and my gem travelled from Crown Point to Radyr South Wales without any problems and within 4 days via Fed Ex. I will buy again, hopefully soon!

I ordered a tsavorite and tanzanite ring and made contact with Alice who was wonderful. Can’t say much for FedEx and their delivery service to Ireland, but that was out of Alice’s control. She did her best to solve the delivery problems.
I haven’t yet seen the ring, but my daughter in law said it is gorgeous. I live in Portugal so had it sent to my son who lives in Ireland, thinking the delivery would be easier! They will bring it to me when they visit me in 2 weeks, that is if my daughter in law hasn’t started wearing it. My experience with ordering from Moriarty was good, and I will be back again.

Our oldest daughter researched and selected your company to design and create a lovely grandmother's ring which contains ten birthstones representing our grandchildren. Her siblings readily agreed to contribute to this gift. The ring is so lovely but unfortunately it was ordered in a larger size than I needed. Our daughter was very distraught that she had made this mistake but upon calling you she was told that if the ring was returned, it would be resized at no charge.
I promptly did send it back to you and within days received it resized perfectly, and I can now wear it on the finger of choice. I am so very pleased with your creativity and service and will treasure my grandmother's ring forever.

Recently purchased an engagement ring from Moriarty's Gem Art. I've been watching their Gem Show on Youtube for a few months and saw a Sapphire that I fell in love with immediately, I could feel it in my plumbs as soon as I saw it. Great experience picking a ring to go with the stone and they went above and beyond to get the ring to me in time for a vacation I was leaving on. Would highly recommend using them!

I just received my custom amethyst necklace with white gold chain. It is so beautiful. I have purchased at least 4 pieces from Moriarty’s and always completely satisfied with the quality the shine and the customer service. I may be across the country but never too far from the best jewelry store. 👍🏼
