I took my ring to Morgan Jewelers at the Vancouver Mall have my blue Sapphire stone repaired, as it had come loose. They did an excellent job. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about what I was asking for. I will recommend them to anyone.

Staff in Twin Falls Idaho store was extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. I shopped around for someone to change the batteries in a couple watches I have. Other stores wanted an arm and a leg. Morgans was free. I will be returning for any jewelry needs in the future.
I bought a watch at another store, but they were unable to adjust the band properly. I brought my watch to Morgan Jewelers at Clackamas Town Center, Happy Valley, Oregon and Jennifer was able to quickly and properly adjust the band while I waited. When I asked how much the adjustment would cost, she said it was free. I was very pleased and impressed and will certainly remember Morgan Jewelers when I am looking to buy jewelry in the future.
I need to have a couple of watch bands repaired. I brought the watch bands to several different jewelry stores, none of which could or was willing to help me until I went to Morgan Jewelers. Summer, who was behind the counter was more than helpful. Summer said, "Let me see the bands and see what I can do." Summer was gone about 20 minutes and came back out to the front counter and both watch bands were fixed. Summer was very helpful and saw to my needs without hesitation. I have spent thousand's of dollars on jewelry over the years and I can tell you this, the next time I buy any diamonds or any kind of jewelry, it will be at Morgan Jewelers. Thank you Summer!
