The detail on the fairy garden set is breathtaking. My daughter spends hours arranging the tiny mushrooms and benches, lost in her own magical world.

I can’t state loud enough .Don’t waste your money , time or sanity dealing with this incompetent and deceptive business !!!! They advertise leading the customer to believe the products are in Australia .They most definitely are not . The product I received was cheap and flimsy so much so we didn’t want to give it to our 4 year old grandson. It was way overpriced and looked like something we had bought for a fraction of the price at a cheap discount store . Despite the statement on their website claiming they offer no hassles money back guarantee they don’t respond in a timely manner and when they finally do they offer for you to keep it and give you a measly refund of a portion of what you paid . I insist no I want to send it back for a full refund . After multiple emails asking them to respond they finally do giving me the details to return it . It’s then that I find they want me to send it to an address in China for an outrageous postage cost even though they sent it from an address in Sydney for $4.95 . I refuse and want to send to the address they sent from and they tell me they won’t accept the return if I do this . Total deception from this company , they know full well no one is going to post an item back to China to re coup their money when they loose out on postage . I’ve learnt my lesson the hardest way .Don’t buy from these scammers . You can find better quality and better priced products here in Australia 100% All I can do is warn other unsuspecting potential customers please don’t get caught buying from them!

Delivered in a crushed package....broken fairy toy with wings bent and detatched. Requested refund as the delivery time was so long that I had to buy a new gift for granddaughter. Just keep asking me to send photos and then no reply. Scammers..

Their delivery was incredibly fast, and the packaging was beautiful. Opening the box felt like a treat, and the hamper made for such a thoughtful pet gift.

Paid for product advised it was on its way never arrived and will not return emails.

Bought the click together train set....unfortunately
False advertising -it is tiny compared to the advert where i think they must be using about 4 sets together. ThePoor quality product....it actually looks second hand and is scratched on the tracks.
Upgrading just meant more cheap plastic road signs not more tracks.
The product took weeks and weeks to arrive and after its arrival the company kept emailing me apologising for the delay ans asking me to rate their response.
Avoid them like the plague. I got the impression from their site that they were Australian based but no, everything comes from China.
Save your dollars. Shop elsewhere.

It’s the centerpiece of my dollhouse, and everyone who sees it comments on it.

The finish is so smooth and high-quality. There isn't a single rough edge.

Be very careful, this company is very dodgy. Purchased their kids train set in a hurry and I should have done my research first (check product review website you’ll see only 1 star reviews) - the company tries to appear local in Australia but ships from china, everything takes 3 or more weeks longer than expected. Customer support do get back to you very slowly but they try to drag the can down the road for so long that you give up asking for support. And they’re usually 3-4 days to reply to anything. As for the products themselves I got the train set and it arrived broken, I managed to fix it myself but it just keeps breaking. Do yourself a favour and don’t buy from them. Unless you enjoy painful experiences.

Advertised as a local Australian company, however impossible to get hold of. Service is terrible and wouldn’t recommend. Told item was sent via local company, however sent from China. I doubt Australian company 🤔
