Avoid at all costs. Ordered a dress which arrived late and was too small and poor quality. On requesting return and refund I was offered just 20% of the cost and to keep the dress! I pushed back and was offered 30% and then 40%. On further pushing a return label was emailed addressed to China with aggressive wording that I should take the 40% or risk the costs and potential duty and taxes if it ever got to China. The parcel itself has a return address in London! I obtained a charge back via my credit card company so effectively a full refund in the end.

Really disappointed with my experience. When I received my item it didn’t fit but when I asked for return details they pushed for other options such as offering a 40% refund as to return the item I would have to send it directly to china which would take time and money. If I knew this before I ordered I wouldn’t have ordered anything. So I am left with an item that doesn’t fit and only getting 40% refund 😔 will not order again unfortunately.

Lovely jumper, well made. Delivery was lengthy though.

I wanted to send back and get a refund but they advised against it as would cost me£25!!
They offered 3 different percentage of refund it started at 20%and eventually offered 40% still not what I wanted
I want full refund it is a scam company and I wouldn’t recommend anyone using them!!😡

I purchased a dress from this company which upon receipt does not fit plus it has a faulty zip. I emailed their customer service the day I received it to arrange a return/refund. Several emails later I am still trying to obtain a full refund but keep getting emails back offering discounts instead! Be very careful when purchasing from this company as although the name appears to be UK it is in fact China.

The return address on the package is London but they state this isn't an address where they will agree to the item being sent and acknowledged.

Just received today after 2wks thought they had forgotten me no communication or confirmation of order but here we are and I love it thank you

The £32.95 dress was lovely but it took a while for it to arrive. On the website, you are led to believe if you order before 11pm, shipping is ‘tomorrow’ and you are also led to believe the product comes from Manchester but it comes from China. You have to email them from their website to request a return and it states “ Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. As our warehouse is based in Asia (China), return costs typically range around £25”. I have emailed them this morning but they haven’t replied to give me the refund instructions 😡. I will never order from them again ☹️

I wasn't happy with the way a mistake on order was handled, having informed your support service just moments after placing order. Was informed I'd have to wait for order then to make contact as to return .
I have sent a message, now that I have said received order, but still awaiting answer. Not very impressed!

Ordered a jumpsuit. When it arrived it most certainly wasn't as advertised. No pockets or back pocket as per advert, very cheap thin material £29.95 , sale price, I most certainly will not be using this company again.
