Steve has helped us several times now with mortgaging and remortgaging. We keep coming back to him because he has our absolute confidence in what can be a highly stressful and confusing process. Steve is so approachable and generous with his time whilst all the time demonstrating huge amounts of knowledge and professionalism. Steve is aware of all the up to date financial information and provides a comprehensive ‘whole of market’ review when helping us choose mortgage products. Positive can-do attitude and problem solving approach
Steve helped us secure a mortgage on a "quirky" property when we thought all hope was lost. He brought a positive can-do attitude and problem solving approach to our extremely challenging case. He listened to us and was incredibly professional and empathetic throughout, keeping us motivated and well informed during a very stressful time. He communicated with us frequently, explaining everything in detail and liaising with the other professionals involved to keep things moving along.
In short, he was awesome, and we would never have been able to buy our dream home without him. We can't recommend him enough.
