Dale has been exceptional throughout the mortgage process. He took time at the start of the process to listen to my circumstances and discuss what he felt were the best options for me. He was knowledgeable on the type of lenders to approach and how to best navigate each lender's borrowing criteria. Dale stayed in touch whilst the lender considered my application, calming my nerves when there was 'radio silence' from the lender and reassuring me that this was normal process. I used Dipak as my advisor to secure my mortgage as a first time buyer and the process couldn’t be simpler. Dipak provided with all the info and advice I needed for me to choose my options and of course got me a great rate on my mortgage and even after securing it kept an eye for any opportunities for an even better rate.
