Outstanding service - highly recommend
I cannot praise Kelly enough for the outstanding service she provided when helping me secure a mortgage to purchase a new home as a newly single parent. From the very beginning, Kelly was highly professional, approachable and offered invaluable advice on a wide range of products. She was always available to answer any questions, no matter how big or small. Kelly guided me in making an informed decision on a mortgage product tailored to my lifestyle and financial situation.
Above all, I am incredibly grateful for Kelly's expert advice and support throughout the entire process, especially during what was a particularly challenging time for me. Her guidance significantly eased my stress. Kelly even followed up before my moving date to ensure the mortgage I had chosen remained the best option available for my needs.

Just to say how I would Highley recommed zoe at morgage call ..zoe was very professional through out my application stage of getting my criteria and understanding our needs ..very helpful in explaining how cross over from my deal ending to starting the new morgage ..I was always available or got back ASAP to my calls and text. Great service 100% recommend.

Outstanding Service
I have used Kelly three times now for various remortgages, her service and transactional capability is nothing short of exemplary.
Her responses are always prompt, too prompt at times if I’m honest Kelly, particularly on evenings and weekends when I’m sure you’d rather be giving yourself fully to your family!!!
I have every confidence that Kelly and her colleagues will find the best rates and most appropriate products. So much so that I have recommended you to two 1st time buyer friends and they have both been really pleased with how you guided them through to completion. They found you much easier to deal with than speaking directly with some of the high street lenders.

Fantastic service from Louise
Louise was amazing from start to finish. Found us the best deal and kept us fully informed every step of the way. She was available to help with any queries we had, and answered these promptly. Will definitely be using her again when our mortgage is up for renewal. Would 100% recommend Louise.

Louise has been amazing all the way through the journey of buying a house! I am a person that thinks a lot a-bit later in the day. Zoe was a FANTASTIC mortgage broker, she made everything seem so simple (despite my situation being quite a complex one) and really went the extra mile to make sure I got the best deal possible. We couldn’t have asked for more from Zoe from Mortgage Call – she truly went above and beyond! From securing us a fantastic mortgage deal to tracking every step of the application, her efficiency, knowledge, and professionalism were second to none. She communicated promptly, managed any enquires or requests from the lender within the same day, if not hour, and always had the information ready when anybody needed it. Kelly has been absolutely outstanding…
Kelly has been absolutely outstanding throughout this remortgage for me, this has been the second time I have used Kelly and will continue in the future. There were many issues throughout the process causing set backs which Kelly had no issues with dealing with. Constant communication, reassurance and passion put in through the whole process to make it as easy and stress free for me as possible. I would highly recommend Kelly to anybody and all ready have a few friends and family members looking at using her when they are due a remortgage or new mortgage.
