We have always used MIB, bought our first house 8 year ago with the team at MIB and couldn’t ask for a better team. Forward 8 years on MIB sold our property for us and then helped us purchase a new one . everything went very smoothly from start to finish , kept us updated at every stage of the process which takes away the stress as moving is stressful enough. The experience I had with MIB dealing with Sean and Fiona was outstanding, the stress levels as I knew my mortgage was coming up for renewal was taken away quickly by Sean and Fiona both doing all the work making it stress free for me, the new deal they found for me was superb and everything was dealt with to a very high standard, would not go anywhere else.

Always kept up to date, I never need to phone, Fiona always phones me.

Well where to begin with these guys. Top of their game. Always constantly checking in with me on my mortgage progress and extra info they need from me. As a first time buyer I would 100% recommend Mortgage Information Bureau to anyone! Martin is so knowledgable and kept me right throughout the whole mortgage process, he managed to get me a mortgage with a very quick turnaround. Fiona and Lauren are also absolute diamonds who were always at the other end of the phone if I had any query’s and worry’s with the process and they always kept me up to date with every step, thanks again :)

Great experience, very straight forward, really felt that the people were looking after my best interest, the advisor explained all the technical term and advised me very well. Very happy with the way they handled my mortgage.

We used MIB for a recent move - sale/purchase. The communication was great from the start, with Martin taking the lead through our mortgage application and making sure we got the best possible arrangement. Not to place unrealistic expectations on the firm, but they basically did everything for us; from our mortgage, to life insurance, to home insurance, taking the time to explain in turn why each stage of the processing was necessary. No pressure was ever applied, they act purely in an advisory capacity, however that was enough to allow to feel confident that we were secure and focus on our move, which greatly assisted in alleviating the associated stress. Not that we're planning it anytime soon, but if were, we wouldn't begin the process without utilising the services of MIB again. Thanks guys!

Couldn't recommend mortgage information bureau enough, absolute everyone of the staff were hands on, on the ball, total down to earth bunch who we felt we got along with hugely and easily, huge thanks to dom, lynne, and the rest of the team who helped us secure our first home and made it smooth sailing with all the in-between stuff also, MIB also helped us sort out home and life insurance with one of the guys martin which was a great help also.

MIB have been five star for me. I had a real tough time getting a mortgage due to T-Mobile lying about money I owed them, and I didn’t know it was affecting my credit score for years. MIB had their hands full trying to sort things out for me & never gave up. I got my home. I have also used them when mortgage has been up after 5 years & they have done me proud. Marion & all her team are amazing. If you are looking for somewhere this is the place. If they were rotten I would tell you.
