We have been using MIB since we got our first house 9 years ago, most recently for our remortgage and life insurances. This time around we worked mostly with Lynne, Dom and Martin and even though it was a long process this time, from start to finish their help, support and knowledge made it all effortless and took away all of the stresses from us.
The whole team are just lovely and make us feel so welcome every time we go into the office, cannot recommend them highly enough.

Outstanding help and support from my first visit to mortgage bureau. I was looking to remortgage and have a partner removed from title deeds. I honestly thought I would struggle to get mortgage but I was proved wrong. I was well informed of what was available to me and they were more than happy to help with any questions I had no matter how big or small throughout. Fiona went above and beyond constantly keeping me updated on where we were at and chasing thing up regularly when they moved to the hands of the solicitors. I would defo recommend in future to anyone looking for help in this field that can be a bit of a minefield to most if us but all the staff are extremely helpful and reassure to through the whole process which at time can get stressful.

The best team I have ever dealt with regarding mortgages and all the compliance that come with it. They don't only help you to obtain mortgages, they give personalised customer support all the way. They are always available when you need their help. Thanks greatly for the first class customer experience.
