Dilesh is brilliant! So efficient and professional, makes the whole process so easy

We were introduced to Mortgage Mantra and Dilesh through friends, and from the very beginning he proved to be an excellent mortgage advisor. He supported us initially with our Decision in Principle in November 2024, when we had made an offer on a property we really liked.

Unfortunately, that first transaction fell through due to significant delays and poor communication from the estate agents and the seller’s solicitors. Progress was extremely slow, follow-ups were constantly required, and eventually all communication stopped and the transaction fizzled out. Throughout this frustrating period, Dilesh remained patient, supportive, and reassuring.

When we started looking for another property and were ready to make a new offer, Dilesh acted immediately and arranged a revised Decision in Principle very quickly. He was always accessible, proactive with follow-ups, and kept us informed at every stage.

He also took the time to explain, in detail, all the documentation we would need—particularly important in our case as I am on a work visa and was transferring deposit funds from my home country. He clearly explained the relevant regulations and gave thoughtful advice on the most suitable mortgage products, especially considering our longer-term plans for the property after living in it for a few years.

Overall, Dilesh handled everything to the highest possible standard while remaining approachable, pleasant, and professional throughout. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a property in the UK.

Dilesh has been absolutely amazing in yet again securing me the best deal possible for my Buy To Let remortgage. Despite a few hurdles with the lenders, Dilesh calmly steered us through to a solution which ultimately resulted in the end goal being achieved.
