Vi fandt et flot design vi ikke kunne få i Danmark, bestilte marmor mosaikker til en god pris. De blev leveret til døren 3 dage efter bestilling. De er pæne og god kvalitet. Vi er meget tilfredse og bestiller gerne igen fra Mosafil.

My overall experience was very good. Ordered a sample to start with which gave me confidence in the product so I purchased 10m2 of the mixed quartzite, aluminium and natural stone mosaic tiles which arrived quicker than expected and was actually much better in the full sized tile than expected so was happy with my purchase. Jordan who was my point of contact for emails was very quick to reply and very helpful. The only thing was customs but that is the norm now which I knew before buying. Would use again and recommend I have read some of the other reviews which prompted me write this one and my experience was a good one.

I only read all the bad reviews after placing my first order with Mosafil, but thankfully I can say I had a great experience with them. So good infact, that I placed a second order with them, and would still highly recommend. First order was a large batch of penny mosaic tiles, came on a pallet, well wrapped. Second order was 2 boxes of penny mosaic tiles and 4 boxes of porcelain tiles. I was worried the porcelain tiles might break but everything was perfect. Prices were incredible value. And customer service were quick to respond and helpful when I asked for an update on my order. Shipping time was as I would expect for anything coming from Germany.

After reading other reviews I was very skeptical about ordering from this site but I liked the tiles and could not find them anywhere else so I took a chance.
I found the whole experience great, the tiles arrived within 7 to 10 days and all in tact. Delivery was expensive but I guess they are coming from Germany and are heavy. I had 3 boxes. I would order from them again

Do not use this company. The descriptors are not sufficiently detailed and I ended up with a mix of mis-sized mosaic tiles. Customer service were unhelpful and frankly rude. I've since been elsewhere and wish I had just shopped locally in the first place.

Great product, easy ordering. Quick turn around. Ordered, left Hamburg on Monday, arrived at my property Friday.

-Die Frachtkosten sind von Beginn an Horrend.
-Die Lieferung ist unvollständig
-Dazu wird die Lieferung dann auch noch auf mehrere Pakete aufgeteilt. Für jedes Paket muss mann dann nochmals bei DHL ein 2. zahlen.
-Die Frachtkosten übersteigen somit fast den Warenwert
-Auf Telefonische Rückfrage wird immer versichert, mann kümmere sich darum
-Mails werden ignoriert
-Kundendienst nicht vorhanden, mann hat ja eh schon bezahlt....
-Gemäss anderen Erfahrungen ist dies üblich und hat System.
Nie wieder bei dieser Firma bestellen....

Ruim assortiment waaruit ik een middelbruine mozaïektegel heb gekozen. Deze werden vlot binnen enkele dagen afgeleverd. Alleen was het de verkeerde kleur: donkerbruin. De productdetails op de website komen nergens overeen met de details op de verpakking. Dit heb ik Mosafil laten weten, maar zij zeggen dat dit het bestelde product was . Na enkele mails werd en bleef het stil vanuit Mosafil. Géén verontschuldiging, geen oplossing, en al helemaal niet de goede tegels. Balen, maar weer een slechte ervaring rijker. Voor mij geen aankopen meer bij Mosafil.

Habe 2 x Bordüre bestellt, Lieferung jedes Mal korrekt und sehr schnell. Jederzeit wieder. Mehrlieferung wurde sogar zurückgenommen und gutgeschrieben.

Although I was anxious after ordering due to other reviews. We actually had a good experience.

The items were dispatched promptly and arrived in good time. We ordered wooden mosaic tiles, Item quality was decent, but we did end up applying a finish to the tiles to enhance the protection and colour of the wood.

la spedizione non è stata consegnata ma rifiutano il rimborso, ogni volta che scrivo al servizio clienti mi rispondono con una scusa diversa, una più imbarazzante dell'altra. Ho scoperto inoltre che il prezzo applicato ad alcuni prodotti da me scelti è esattamente il doppio rispetto a quanto suggerito dal produttore. Scandaloso.

I super like the product. I am indeed satisfied. I was a bit worried regarding the delivery after reading those negative reviews. I would say my order arrived very fast. I ordered 6 days ago and i already received my order. Thank you Mosafil for your service.

Ordered tiles & now wish had looked at these reviews first! We were told they had been stopped at the Port and were sent back to the company. Asked if we would like them to try sending again. I said no we would like a refund please. They said would send in a few days, week later nothing. Like others have said please DO NOT use this company. Luckily for us it was only £100 we spent. Will try getting back through our credit card.

Mi experiencia con esta empresa ha sido nefasta. Trajeron las baldosas cerámicas equivocadas, se desentendieron del problema generado, me dejaron colgada con la obra ya empezada y para colmo con tono chulesco. En absoluto recomiendo que compréis a Mosafil, os puede llegar el pedido equivocado y luego te dejan con el problema que han generado. Buscad bien que hay empresas más serias con productos maravillosos

Tolle Fliesen! Ich bin total begeistert. Erst hieß es bei der Rechnung, dass die Lieferung erst in eine Woche erfolgen könnte. Und dann bekomme ich nach 2 Tagen die Versandbestätigung und nach 3 Tagen einen super netten Anruf, dass die Spedition bereits am 4. Tag da sein wird. Super Qualität, sind bereits an der Wand. Kann ich nur empfehlen!
