our aluminium mosaic tiles were chipped on a stone with a small amount of glue.
The chips can fell off unless the tiles are not laid. This is a known process with these mosaics.
If you are not happy with this product. We can offer you to return them and get your money back.
PS: This is review for the whole company not only for one product.

Am 7.09.2020 habe ich zwei verschiedene Produkte bestellt. Bis heute habe ich die Lieferung nicht erhalten. Ware und Lieferung machen einen Gesamtbetrag von CHF 1'200.- aus. Auch ein eingeschriebener Brief lässt auf eine Antwort und das Geld warten.
Ich rate allen Interessenten von dieser Firma ab, etwas zu bestellen. Leere Versprechungen!

I was skeptical at first to order...
I was skeptical at first to order my tiles but as the only second company in Europe that I have found that did the tiles I needed I gave it a go. I also spoke to a very polite gentleman on the phone to confirm something before I placed the order and he gave me exact answers I needed. Tiles were ordered on Thursday and arrived on the following Tuesday by DHL. I did not receive an email with shipping details but once emailed the company I received a very quick reply with the link to the tracking details and couple hours later received my tiles in perfect condition. Will definitely use again.

23-08-20 Bestellung (130x braun, 7x rot) und Bezahlung im Onlineshop + Eingangsbestätigung Mosafil; 02-09-20 Mosafil: Ware ist versandfertig, …wurde bisher nicht abgeholt; 10-09-20 Mosafil: Die Ware wurde von der Spedition bisher nicht abgeholt; 15-09-20 Anlieferung: 1 Palette mit 1 Pck. (7 Stück Glasfliese, rot); 15-09-20 mehrere Telefonate mit Mosafil: Glasfliesen, braun nicht mehr lieferbar > Ersatzlieferung vereinbart + umgehende Lieferung; Lieferung ist verschollen.
2. Anlauf 20-9-20: Mosafil löst meine Bestellung und den Auftrag an die Spedition erneut aus; 24-9-20: Die am 23-8-20 bestellten 130 Glasfliesen treffen als Ersatzlieferung (schwarz statt braun) bei uns ein.

ordered 180 tiles - 41 smashed
ordered 180 tiles - 41 were smashed - just put in a cardboard box with no protection - really bizarre. Been waiting a month for replacement tiles for bathroom and cant use bathroom obviously without tiles.

Commande de 100 plaques de mosaïque. Livraison très rapide entre 5 et 7 jours ouvrés maximum. Plaques très bien emballées.
Un service client, certes anglophone, mais très réactif.
Je recommande fortement au vu des prix effectués en France sur ce type de produit.

Wel betaald maar nooit geleverd.
Bestelde tegeltjes zijn nooit geleverd. Bij navraag wat warrige reacties "ze zijn toch al geleverd " en later een reactie dat "we de levering geweigerd hebben".
Nog een navragen en ze reageren nergens meer op.
Kortom hier niets bestellen lijkt oplichting.
