Incredible service from booking to dropping off the car and even on collection! Incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff across the board! Not only did they offer to fix a problem caused by a previous mechanic but went out of their way to order in a discontinued part from the internet in their own time and got it sorted within 2 days! Highly recommend, will definitely be taking my Astra their for the foreseeable! Thank you MOT Bros

RAC took my son's Mini there with a leaking rubber coolant hose and left car there in their yard on a Sunday. They did the simple job on the Monday without first advising the cost. Unbelievably they ripped him off to the tune of £255 for 30minutes work and a £20 part, absolute crooks and worse still someone in the RAC is feeding them work. Just seen this receipt when going through service records with my son. This rip off took place 26th June 2024 which I can't put correctly in Experience Date. Invoice number is 9637.

Fantastic service from MOT Broz! Pawet got me booked in and retested quickly, and Richard was great with the inspection. They even called with a cancellation so I could get back on the road sooner. Highly recommend!

Very disappointing experience.
This garage clearly prioritizes only high-paying jobs. I arrived at 5:40 PM—well before their 6:00 PM closing time—with a visibly rotten tire. Despite seeing the condition of my van, they refused to help and closed the garage door in front of me without a second thought. No concern for safety, no basic customer service. If your issue isn’t expensive or profitable for them, don’t expect any help. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

I have used this company a few times now. They have a very professional service, I will happily continue bringing my vehicles to them.

The most amazing garage I have been so far. The receptionist and the mechanics were super friendly, allowed even to go in the actual working area to see the issue with the car. At the last half hour before closing they went to euro car part to get the needed part and stayed after hours to fix the cars issue and didn't take any extra costs or put ridiculous overpriced price. 110% recommended. Good people do exist in this world. Thank you again.

RAC dropped my car with broken crankshaft pulley lunchtime Tuesday, was quoted price soon after & was repaired and picked up Thursday lunchtime.The bossman phoned me on the wednesday evening and asked if car was running ok before....
I explained I had had work done 2 weeks earlier.... He then explained a few problems but rectified these F.O.C!!!!
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION ALL ROUND!!!!!

Professional and friendly service. They have great mechanics and never charge for the work you don’t need. They actually repair cars. I saved a lot of cash thanks to them. Honest and trustworthy people! I come from outside of Surrey and don’t mind waiting around knowing that my car is in the right hands.

Every person who works at MOT Bros are wonderful. They all care and get your car in as quickly as possible. My car was especially difficult and finding the cause of the loud squeak was harder than expected. I can't remember the name of the mechanic but I'd say the boss, was so apologetic and would not quit until he sorted it for me! Even working until after close on it. They gave me a huge discount on labour for the inconvenience, they went above and beyond. There is no one more passionate about their jobs. I just thank you for the most top standard service and I'll be recommending you guys to everyone I know
