Do not order from this company. I placed and paid for an order in good faith which I did not receive and now I see that the company does not have a contact number or email address. The only way it seems to get in touch with them is through their website which I have tried to no avail very poor customer service.

When I first bought Mother root and tasted it I couldnt have been more pleased. Just what i had been looking for , a non alcoholic drink that gives a punch and In the winter it was warming and it was a wonderful alternative to gin and tonic. I cant understand why it is so expensive except i think on Dragons Den they had not at the time made a profit but might be wrong. I have told so many people about this drink and am so looking forward to trying the rhubarb one.

New rhubarb flavour. Never dispatched despite updates suggesting it was on the way. I only found out after chasing it, three days after the expected delivery date, and a full week after it should have arrived. The day after it was required for an import celebration.

Delays happen, but the lack of communication and misleading updates made this far more frustrating than it needed to be. A 15% discount on a future order doesn’t address the issue. I won’t be returning.

The 2 stars are for speedy refund.

Great service. Dealt with my query promptly. Unfortunately my parcel got lost in transit. I was refunded immediately and had excellent communications with customer service team.

I had a shipping issue and Mother Root provided excellent customer service. I appreciated the kind correspondence. From explaining the delay due to the bank holiday, to keeping me informed through the process, I felt there were caring people involved. Renet addressed the issue promptly and well. The experience made me feel that Mother Root is a company I want to support.

Mother root has completely changed my relationship with wine. I no longer feel the need to drink a glass/bottle of wine at a weekend. I feel so much better for it. Not waking up hungover and exhausted. It tastes incredible and is now my drink of choice :-)

I don’t really drink alcohol at all, Christmas a glass of champagne that’s about it….this is honestly so lovely!
Great flavour not too sweet, refreshing , definitely a repeat order!

Not tried the ginger yet, but will be giving that a go after the rhubarb.

I did not initially receive my product, it got lost in the shipping process. I communicated with Renet and was sent a replacement immediately. It just arrived and I am excited to try it this evening! I really appreciate the fantastic customer service!

I absolutely love the flavor of Mother Root! I've only tried it so far with tonic soda, a slice of orange with some fresh mint. I'm looking forward to trying some of the other recipes. This is a wonderful slow relaxing drink. A great alternative to an alcohol cocktail.

I emailed last night & this morning the replacement arrived. 1st class customer service.

We love Mother Root! As an alternative to a g&t in the evening or a hot day its amazing.

Delicious and satisfying; replaces my nightly glass of wine and I feel and sleep much better. Thank you Mother Root.

The fault was the delivery Co.
But Mother root resolved the issue and im impressed with both the product and the customer service

I am now on my third bottle of Mother Root and I love it. Unfortunately this time there was a problem with the delivery which meant it wasn’t delivered to my address. I contacted the courier first and they were not particularly helpful and I almost felt they didn’t believe me. I even sent a copy of the photo they had taken which showed it wasn’t even my front door!
However when I contacted Mother Root the experience was totally different they were very communicative with me and offered right away to replace it whilst I’m assuming they will take it up with their courier. This act of kindness was very much appreciated and I received it the very next day. I have followed this company since seeing them on Dragon’s Den. I love their philosophy and ethos. I have also bought some for a friend who also loves it!
It is a great company and provides an outstanding service in my opinion.
