We have had 10+ leads from them. EVERY SINGLE ONE of them has been submitted for a refund due to inaccurate data, customer not even selling a property, and sometimes incorrect phone numbers.

This is by far the worst lead company we have ever seen.

I will echo other posts here..... lead quality and how leads are credited REALLY need to be worked on. Most leads are completely unresponsive and maybe even fake? You will pay thousands of dollars for names, numbers that go nowhere.

Credits are arbitrary how they are handled. You spend thousands for unresponsive names and numbers, you ask for credit, and are mostly denied. It's a frustrating service. It would benefit them to not promise credits the way they do. They are behind competitors when it comes to quality of leads and clearness of what gets credited. I've had leads that say "No, we aren't selling and we didn't enter our information" and I won't be credited. I'll still be charged, $200-500 to receive that lead.

I purchased “motivated seller leads” from MotivatedSellers / Seliger Ideas and had significant concerns with both the quality of the leads and how issues were handled afterward.

A meaningful portion of the leads I received were unresponsive, inaccurate, or did not appear to reflect genuine seller intent. In my experience, this went beyond normal conversion risk and raised questions about how “lead quality” is being defined and delivered.

While the company relies heavily on its contract terms particularly around “credits” and no refunds the overall experience created a disconnect between how the service is presented and how it operates in practice.

I made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this directly and am still open to a fair and reasonable outcome.

Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering this service to proceed with caution and fully evaluate both the lead quality expectations and the dispute process before committing funds.

I’ve been using Motivated Sellers for at least 3 years and of all of the paid lead providers I like this company the best. Their lead quality is better than most and we consistently close deals from these leads. Of course it’s a numbers game but if you have the ability to do more than one exit strategy you can do well with these leads.

I’ve experienced some amazing returns buying these leads for affordable prices. Another great thing about this company is they refund you for leads for a good amount of reasons. They are transparent with the reasons they'll refund you. It’s on the website and simple to find in big letters.

I've done pretty much all the PPL companies and they all have plus's and minuses but almost nobody has made the effort to help like Jared at motivated sellers. He took the time to get to know me and to provide as much support as he could to get me started (I cant emphasize this enough you will not find this level of care anywhere else!) All PPL companies will come with leads that are a hit and leads that are a miss (you will get these even if you run your own PPC companies or if you hire VA's) it's a number's game but they provide quality leads at an affordable price and most importantly they have amazing customer support you will hard pressed to find at any other PPL company. If you want someone who will have your back then give motivated sellers a try!

They are great and willing to work with you to help you succeed. I would recommend them hands down!

Non refundable investment for bad leads. They will issue a credit to get another lead when you have a dispute. And the cycle continues. They will never issue you a refund. When you decide to quit. You are out your up front money. So agents beware!!!!

I have spent several thousand dollars with this company. I have only had 1 or 2 actual motivated leads since we started using this platform the rest were bogus leads, bad numbers, listed properties or people just not interested in selling. Upon trying to dispute these bads leads I received a call from a manager telling me they will not refund the leads and they expect me to carry the cost of these bad leads. Hate to break the bad news Jared but that is unacceptable.
