After a fair amount of Googling and a few calls with different stand builders, I had a conversation with David. I hadn't seen a single proposal or visual at that point - but by the time I put the phone down, the decision was already made. His energy and enthusiasm were infectious, and it just felt like the right fit for Sunrise straight away.

The stand itself was our best to date - clean, professional, and genuinely engaging. Exactly what you want on a busy show floor.

The team were incredibly thorough, making sure we didn’t overlook a thing, even reminding us to order plug sockets. They also put together a show day package with everything you could possibly need for an event, which was a lovely touch and set them apart.

The build and takedown team were professional and efficient, keeping us informed throughout. The stand print looked bright and vibrant, and we even had the event photographer stop to take photos of it, which speaks for itself.

2nd year using Motive for VIP Polymers and VIPSeal at the NMBS show in Coventry, stand looked great, communication was excellent from start to finish, really nice guys on site, overall a seamless, very pleasant experience.

Motive Exhibitions took the stress out of our Packaging Innovations preparation for 2025. From initial design discussions to the show day, all elements were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Kathryn was an excellent account manager for us and answered all of our questions thoroughly, and Sam and the build team did a great job rigging our stand. I've been working with Motive for a few years organising our trade shows in the UK and Europe. They've always been extremely helpful and proactive at all stages - from helping refine the stand design, to taking the lead and ordering needed electrical services directly from the venues. Excellent customer service from Edward and the team, we often leave our briefs until the last minute and they have delivered for us on multiple occasions now to a very high standard. Communication is punctual and helpful, no complaints from our end and would absolutely recommend using their services.

We went to Motive with the vaguest of briefs and they smashed it for us. They are the professionals when it comes to exhibitions, they understand the process front to back and are ideal to help you plan and execute whatever you need.
For us, they not only designed and built our stand, but visited the exhibition location and assembled it pre-event and returned post-event to dismantle it too, leaving us to turn up and concentrate on our business, perfect.
If you have an indoor or outdoor event, get in touch with these guys first, you will not be disappointed.
